If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this bridal shop has been nothing short of devastating. When I tried on my dream dress, I am almost certain it was a size 14 (my Maid of Honor remembers hearing the same). After my measurements, the shop insisted on ordering me a size 6. The dress arrived and was completely unwearable--my breasts were spilling out, and it didn't even cover my nipples. I may be thin, but I have a large natural bust, and the fit was obviously wrong. They reordered a size 10--even though I told them multiple times that I believed I had tried on a 14. Again, it didn't fit. They then claimed the sample had actually been a 12, so they ordered an 12. I was desperate and running out of time, I trusted them and left with the size 12. After $800 worth of alterations, the dress STILL did not fit my chest. I had no choice but to buy a completely new gown 32 days before my wedding. When I called today, I was told once again that their records show the sample was a 12, and that the reason the dress fit me better during my initial appt was because it had been "clipped differently" during my try-on. I don't believe that, but that's the explanation I was given. In the end, their only "solution" was to suggest I sell the dress online. No accountability, no real recourse--just a wasted dress, wasted money, and endless stress during what should have been an exciting time. Brides, please be warned: trust your instincts, because this shop will not advocate for you. This local bridal gown boutique on Franklin Road is wonderful! They sell wedding dresses, veils, hair accessories, and jewelry. I visited the shop twice, and I could not say better things about the staff! Something I really like about B. B. Bridal is that they send reminders for appointments through text, and even offer the option to reply back with inspiration photos before your appointment! The staff was professional and used their expertise to help me hone in the style I was hoping for. The shop itself is well organized. When you enter, ballgown styles are on the left and increase in skirt volume as you browse the rack. On the right, the mermaid and sheath wedding gowns are also organized by volume. The bridal consultant had us begin by looking through the sample gowns to see what we liked. She then began to choose dresses for me based on my feedback as I tried them on. The bridal shop environment is casual. Dress prices range between $800 - $2100. I'm really sad to be writing this. We had heard the most incredible things about this place and how great they are, but that was not the case for us. We had gone to another place prior; where the bride had found such a good idea of what she wanted. When we came here, she knew her vision of her dream dress and went in with that. Each dress she tried, there was something she liked, but wasn't in-love with everything about it. The one dress she liked, but would have to make alterations to, was already over budget before the alterations. When she was voicing this in the room, one of the employees made a comment about how the other place takes forever for alterations/getting the dress and most people end up not liking their dress and have to come here in a short period of time to get a dress because of that. The lady claimed she knew what place my friend had gone to, but refused to tell her the name of the place. Instead of being happy that a bride had an idea of what she wanted, she made my friend fell uncomfortable and upset about the entire situation. She chose not to get her dress from here after this experience, and also made my friend start to question everything about her wedding dress experience as a whole. There were multiple of us in this party that will be wedding dress shopping in the next year, so not only did they lose a customer today - they lost many for years to come. We were doing our dress appointments for my best friend recently so I called and made a last minute appointment for the 4 of us and they were kind enough to squeeze us in with about an hour's notice. It's a small shop, but you can tell they really hand-pick their dress selection. They offer some beautiful, unique dresses unlike the ones everyone buys at the big bridal stores. What was also awesome was the dress she picked for the big day from BB was less expensive than others she tried on around town and it was a better quality. BB Bridal was the third shop on my list, I considered cancelling my appointment but I am SO happy I didn't. Sam was the consultant who worked with us and she was amazing. They had a specific area for my guests to sit so they could see the dresses. Their selection was the best of the three shops that I visited. I liked many of their dresses and ended up saying yes to one of the dresses there. The process was easy, Sam was out to really understand my likes and dislikes and was willing to take the time needed to ensure I found what I wanted. I'm the mother of the Bride. Yesterday was the first day to start dress shopping with my daughter. B.B. Bridal was our first store we went to and lo and behold the very first dress she tried on was "The One." She did try on many more after but nothing came close to how she felt in the first dress. She knew she didn't need to go to any other bride stores because she said she loved the first one and just knew that was it. Our assistant Brittany, who helped my daughter picking out dresses and try on, was amazing. My daughter is a young bride, she'll be a couple months shy from 20 years old when she marries and felt like she was going to be judged. Brittany was great. She made her feel comfortable and come to find out she was a young bride herself when she married which help my daughter feel even more comfortable. Everyone was so nice and made you feel special. I am new to the bride scene and just started trying on wedding dresses for the first time yesterday. Accompanying me were my mother, cousin, and my best friend. We were excited to learn that this BB Bridal had a walk in option to try on dresses, or so they advertised. We arrived and excitedly entered the store only to be "greeted" by a rude blonde woman working the store front, who looked us up and down and rolled her eyes and proceeded to act annoyed with us as we talked about the dresses. She said there was no way we could try anything on even though there was only one other bride in the store. I told her that we were there because they advertised walk in and try stuff on, but she shot me down. During the ten minutes we spent looking at the dresses (which have a small variety, with nothing under 1200$) the blonde proceeded to hover around us as we looked around. She seemed annoyed and uncomfortable with our browsing and gave us a vibe that we are not welcome. After a very short walkthrough, we left. Now look, my family and I look like normal people, unless you're offended by tattoos and piercings, jeans, and hoodie sweaters. We weren't dressed up by any means. But when we walked into BB Bridal, it was as if the lady took a look at us and assumed we had no money, so why bother even treating us like customers. I'll gladly take my money somewhere else and give it to someone who treats me nicely. I don't know if the blonde was having a bad day or what, but it wasn't very professional at all. read more

It is not very often that I walk away from a store actually wanting to write an awesome review! I was delighted with my experience from start to finish - I ended up buying my dress here! I arrived at the store for my prearranged appointment time, I was greeted immediately by Aubrey who would be helping me for the appointment. I was shown around all the racks and shown all the dresses, and was told just to point out the ones I wanted to try - aubrey was very efficient at just letting me browse while she took the dresses I liked to the fitting area. I knew what I was looking for before I got to the store, but aubrey was able to suggest other dresses she thought might suit me. After finishing browsing, I went to the fitting area, where aubrey passed me dresses, and pinned up the dresses where necessary. I was delighted with the range of dresses that they had, and they stocked dresses by Allure Bridals, which have dresses I absolutely love! Most of all though, I was astounded by their prices - anything I tried on was between $1,000-$2,000 - but the dresses look so much more. I did end up buying an Allure Bridals dress from B.B Bridal, I believe the entire experience I had at the store, right from the selection of dresses, to the attention I got from staff, their patience, and the nice relaxed environment made my experience one to remember. I ended up buying my veil and shoes at the store too. And soon, I will be ordering my bridesmaids dresses from them too. Bailey was able to assist me during my appointment and she was incredibly friendly and kind throughout the entire search. Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked in with my daughter (we did not have an appointment) the store was empty and the two saleswomen acted as if we had just come in during a rush. Neither one asked us if they could help, in fact they didn't get out of their seats at all. They ignored us until we asked if they carried any A Line dresses, their response was "No, perhaps you could try a bridesmaid dress". Huh? We felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. My wedding is in on September 22, 2012 and I needed a dress fast, I went to David's Bridal and was told that it would be impossilbe to get a dress in time, they were very unhelpful and put me down on my luck. Then I went to B.B. Bridal and was welcomed with warm smiles and a can do attitude!
