Called on Friday, 10/10 - P and F closed until Tuesday, 10/14. Tried to work with LG technical support - impossible to do what they expected - have you unplugged the unit? How am I supposed to do that as a 66 year old woman - I cannot pull the unit out to unplug it and plug it back in?!?!?! Extremely frustrating!!! Heard from Haylee at P and F on Tuesday. She said that the extended warranty would not have covered what she believed to be a worn igniter switch. We scheduled an appointment to replace that part On Friday, 10/17. Technician arrived early and completed repair in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions regarding the igniter switch and its replacement schedule. Appreciate the punctuality and professionalism of the P and F staff - still cannot comprehend that using an oven for its intended purpose - baking/roasting - wears out the very parts that should support those uses!!! My last gas range/oven lasted for 22 years - not 14 months!!! They didn't build it - I get that, but what a warped world we live in when appliances planned obsolesence kicks in at 14 months!!! Due to our schedule we allowed them to enter our home when we weren't present and everything went smoothly. Dom was extremely flexible when we had to reschedule due to our contractors mismanagement of completion dates. We just had Dom do a second installation of a stairs runner and once again, had no problems with them doing it when we weren't home. Totally trustworthy, great service and competitive pricing.

My local guys couldn't do the job & thankfully having me the number for ServPro. At first, they said they couldn't get here until THURSDAY (this happened to be Friday afternoon). I explained my nasty situation. Gabrielle said she'd call me right back. I thought I'd never hear from them again, but sure enough within 15 min. I got a call saying that a crew would be at my house at 6:00PM!!! With a massive show of cleaning force 4 highly experienced and very nice guys showed up; donned hazmat suits/gloves/respirators and went to work. They were here until 10:30...on a FRIDAY NIGHT. They did an amazing job. They came back every day to check on the equipment they left here to dry the place out. By Tuesday the equipment was gone & our house was spotless. The finished product looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with it. - replaced an an old backup generator circuit and transfer switch to a much simpler and reliable 240v circuit with mechanical interlock and it worked a treat during two storms paired with a harbor freight generator. - installed and calibrated an led flood light 30 some odd feet off the ground - installed a google Nest outdoor camera with floodlight and a nest doorbell camera - He also found and replaced a crumbling old circuit to my water pump that I had no idea was arcing and could have caused a fire. I'm so grateful for his expertise and attention to detail, which undoubtedly saved my home from a potentially catastrophic situation. All this in just under two days and I was very happy with the price. I can't recommend Bryan enough. He's not only a skilled electrician, but he's also friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
