We just bought a home and I couldn't move my family in until Best Air had come and cleaned out the ductwork. This company gives me a peace of mind of having the best air quality possible, when I turn on the A/C or heat and that air starts pushing through those ducts and out into our rooms. Fabio is the one who came out and, again, gave me a fair estimate for the job. He is always pleasant and professional. He can always be reached for any questions. Fabio is also the one who will be sending you the videos of the work that his Team is doing, as they are cleaning out your ductwork. Those videos are the most satisfying. They show the "before" and "after" of your dirty, dusty ducts. The videos are proof of WHY I needed to hire Best Air Duct Cleaning before I moved in to my new home. The Team, not only removes the debris and dust, but if there is an opening in your ductwork that could spread contaminates and cause cross contamination in your system and home, they will generously seal it up. Cross contamination is something you would not ever know is happening. This also helps the system run more efficiently. The Team also applies an anti-bacterial in the duct areas they finish cleaning. My Team this time was Eduardo, Felipe, and Francisco! They were amazing and very professional. Their attitudes were impeccable. They were efficient and thorough with their work. What a nightmare this turned out to be. This firm was suggested to us to clean our rental property in stamford. Little did we know they would collect the fees from our tenants. It was absolutely embarrassing. When I finally got the invoice I told Fabio I would send a check around the 21st of the month. That is when I cut checks for such maintenance of our rental unit. The check was mailed but again today Fabio contacted our tenants seeking payment. This put our tenants in a difficult situation. Fabio never told me he had already collected his fee back on the 24th of January. His approach is disgusting. Be sure you ask to determine how and when he wants payment. He never spoke to me. Wow! These guys are great. I'd forgotten how good service can be when the provider genuinely cares. We moved into a new house and our daughter has asthma and allergies so we wanted to get the ducts cleaned. I couldn't be happier that we called these guys. The technicians, Felipe and Emanol, were excellent. Diligent, thoughtful and thorough. Our ducts hadn't been cleaned in years and were filthy. What's more, the owner Fabio came by when his team hit a snag and discovered an entire HVAC unit hidden in the wall of our house. If we hadn't found out about it - and didn't get it serviced - we could easily have had a big problem on our hands, including flooding if a pipe clogged. We just moved to Darien and after refinishing of our hardwood floors and construction work, Best Air was recommended to us to clean out our air ducts as the previous owners had also done work in the house so the ducts were most likely in need of a cleaning. I'll be honest, I didn't even know this type of service existed.
