But today was the last not only was I charge full service which I don't mind paying but Nina left my hair soaking wet as well as my under shirt I was wearing a hoodie and still manage to wet my under shirt. Left me waiting with treatment on my hair for over an hour. Just because she wanted to attend others and not have them wait until there set appointment so disappointing. My regular salon is under construction so I looked up salons in my area. This salon had good reviews so I jumped aboard! They had an appt for me same day (which is great bc I always forget to book hair appt). They have a ton of selection for services , dye, Brazilian blowouts, hair cuts, nails, lashes, you name it. I got a hair cut and a one color dye, took only about an hour total to do it all. Usually it takes three wherever I am. This place was quick and did a great job. It's definitely not an easy task for me to lighten my hair, with my naturally dark brown Asian hair. I came to this place because a friend recommended Nina to me. It was the worst mistake I've ever made! I wish o could turn back time! I had seen her work from yelp and thought, oh wow this lady knows what she's doing but dammm... was I wrong! I hadn't dyed/ nor bleached my hair for 3 years. My hair was long down to my waistline and was very healthy with bouncy beautiful curls before Nina worked on it. I ask for an amber' look darker on the top and lighter at the ends. Long story short, she over processed my hair with bleach! She didn't do ambre' She did highlights from top to bottom. My hair color turned cooper red and was rough as wire! Best way I can describe my hair now is it looks as a big frizzy ball of knotts! I was her first morning appointment and she kept taking walk-ins making me wait for long periods of time. It's been two months and I have lost tones of hair! It's a daily struggle to detangle my hair I spend about an hour sometimes even more. I have to have my mother help me with sections at a time. I know that with the virus situation I shouldn't worry too much about my hair but it's only made me so depressed. I'll show you the chunks of hair that I have lost and others I just had to cut off because I couldn't untangle! Nina wouldn't answer my calls and when she did all she said was to put a hair treatment once a week but she didn't take responsibility not even said I'm sorry. The only thing she said was "we all make mistakes! No lady not when this is your profession and are certified to work with hair! Very disappointed and angry.
