They get away with doing that because in California only work over $500 needs a work order, so of course the bill came in at $472, just under the legal limit. That was a shady business move. My girlfriend and I are young, first time home owners and because of this "quick money" scam, we will never again use J Hart pluming, and we will be advising our friends and neighbors for years to come to avoid them at all costs.
