We called Sat morning, someone was here in 4-5 hours, when no one else was open or answering calls in the Arnold area. They do charge a premium ($208/hr during the day, and $220/hr on weekends/nights). 1st service tech got their snake stuck sadly, had to come back later again and it didn't help. 1 hr was charged. That led to a more experience staff Nick to come Monday and help us. He provided to be more efficient and helpful, able to locate the clogged drain pipe from a septic tank. Charged 1.75 hours of labor for diagnosing and searching for our problem, and then fixing a few areas of pipes. Had parts on hand to save time. All in all, we had a surprise clog that we thought was a simple fix, but with our combined efforts to help and and discuss options, we found the problem and he helped resolved it. If not, we may have end up spending much more money for a fix. So, we're thankful. Nick easy to talk with, patient, willing to explain his work, and hard worker. read more

Im extremely shock the way they charged an hour, it was $230 per hour, I can understand if they charge 1 hour for replacing valve that pop off behind shower tile, but 3hour, for a total of more than $700, thats like robbery i would say...the first hour they cant do anything due to PGE power out, but whoaaa, they charge me of full an hour for that and then once they come back there's another 1.25hr * 2 men charge, a total of more than $700 for replacing pipe burst behind wall.... extremely shock! read more

I called on a Sunday morning hoping for someone to be able to either come same day or early Monday, but the woman answering the phone sounded completely sloshed. I had an issue with the drains and toilets in my Groveland short term rental property at Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland CA. I reside in Valencia Ca. I was contacted by Jason quickly after the problem occurred. He drove to the property and stayed in constant contact with me while he trouble shot the issue. The technician claimed our water heater had a thermocouple issue, turns out our water heater does not have one a thermocouple. Then he decided to call my husband an idiot saying the unit was installed wrong. He went further in calling Rheem, the water heater manufacturer, to inform them our unit was installed incorrectly. After agreeing to pay for the service charge if in fact the unit was installed incorrectly, Rheem sent out another company. Turns out our water heater is installed correctly, we just needed to replace the combustion device. I've reached out to the owner twice and have not heard anything back. read more
