Went to Exactime to get a new watch band. I had the old one that had broken and looked unrepairable to me. He said he could fix it and did so in 5 minutes for less than half what a new band would have cost. Not a lot of money but I was really impressed that he took the time to save me some money when he could have easily sold me a new band. So rare to see that these days. read more

My youngest Son inherited my recently passed Father's watch. This watch wasn't a Rolex or of any great monetary value. However, to him, it met the world. He was very close to his Grandpa and due to Covid-19 restrictive measures, he wasn't going to get to say goodbye to his Grandpa. But, I drive him down to where the hospital was located and because of a very understanding nurse, that understood the true meaning of loving with your entire heart, decided to risk everything and we snuck him in late at night, during a shift change and he was they dressed him in a hazmat suite (even though my Dad didn't have the virus). Long story short he was able to say goodbye and my Dad passed away the very next morning. I made it my mission to get that watched resized, so my Son could wear it. Every place I called or we went to, wouldn't give us the time of day (no pun intended), even after explaining the story behind the watch. We kept hearing "we only work on high end watch's." But when, I called and explained everything to Exact-Time Watch and Clock, you would have thought they were part of our family. We immediately drove over there and they told us how sorry they were for our loss. They jumped right on fitting the band to my Son's wrist and they were done in no time. The watchsmith even completely cleaned the watch and treated the watch as if it was really was a Rolex. I was pleasantly surprised on how epic and friendly they were. I wasn't in the market to purchase a watch or wall clock at that time. However, when I am, there will be no other place I will go in the future, but to them. I cannot express in words, how much I recommend Exact-Time Watch and Clock for any of your clock or watch needs. Either to buy or repair, you would will be doing yourself a favor by going there first, because once you do, you will not go anywhere else! I've taken a couple of my vintage Rolexes to Steve and he is always incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and professional. It's good to have a CW21 certified watchmaker so close to home and him having access to original parts is a plus. I just had my late grandfather's watch repaired at Exactime and couldn't be happier with the service. I found the owner (Steve) and shop on the AWCI database looking for accredited watchmakers in the area. When I emailed the shop to describe what had happened with the watch, Steve quickly and correctly identified the likely problem and cost for repairs and invited me to bring it in for a quick estimate. He opened it up to confirm the problem and said it would take two weeks; he got it done in one. Came in right on target in terms of budget, too. It cost less in both time and money than sending it off to the manufacturer's service center would have, all while giving me confidence that he'd get it done right. I'll definitely be back for future maintenance and repair needs, and don't hesitate recommending Steve and Exactime for a second.
