Their pictures on the website looked gorgeous. The owner helped me arrange for the delivery. She patiently listened to what I wanted and was extremely helpful in steering me to the right flowers for the person and the occasion. I set a budget and she worked within that. The flowers were delivered next day and they're stunning. They look much more beautiful than I could have imagined. Truly their floral arranger is an artist. The entire process from start to fruition was easy and friendly. I have found our Portland florist and I can highly recommend this business! Please remember to tip your driver and the artist!

I used to work for a florist during high school and we always did a good job but you know there is always going to be times when you didn't do a good job and whenever we put an arrangement out to replace something that we know we screwed up, was better than what they ordered certainly not cheaper or worse. I told my son to never use Sami's Florist again and I gave him the number for Hamilton's Florist in Roswell. They always do a great job Florist again..

The flowers that were delivered were extremely disappointing. They looked nothing like the pictures and were, at best, maybe a $75 arrangement. The florist never told me they had low inventory that day and couldn't make what I requested, even though he had promised he could. A few days later, they texted me for a review. I called the store to try and resolve the issue directly. A woman asked me to text a picture of the arrangement and said her manager would call me back the next day. No one called. When I followed up with a text, she was super rude, telling me not to contact her personal phone, which she was the one who gave me. I had to call the store again. I spoke to the original person who took my order, and he admitted they had been discussing it. He offered only a 20% discount and finally admitted they couldn't fulfill the order the way I wanted because of the low weekend inventory. I was extremely disappointed that I had to chase them down and that they had been discussing my complaint without bothering to call me. There was a complete failure in communication. The product was poor, the service was terrible, and I absolutely would not recommend this place.

They have a fresh flower stem bar to make an arrangement on site. They also do private events, such as weddings. I came in looking for flowers for a neighbor whose pet passed. The staff person working at the time did a great job, asking our budget and vision, and then creating a little white bouquet for the angel kitty. We got a vase for it to go in also. It was a lovely shop to browse while we waited for the bouquet to be made. I hope there are not more sympathy bouquets in my future but I wouldn't hesitate to visit Starflower for an arrangement for any reason again!
