I have driven by Best Burger several times to always see several cars at the drive-thru. My buddy had eaten there several times and today was the day we went as we were on an assignment. Supposedly there is a dine-in but it was chained so we had to settle for the drive-thru. I ordered the Better Burger which is the smallest Burger they have with fries and tea. Looking at the Burger, I didn't think too much of it. But this was a delicious burger! The meat may or may not have been fresh and hand-made but it just was so easy to chew! The Burger was hot and fresh and it almost just melted in my mouth. It comes with no frills nut just the basic mayo, ketchup, LTOP, and I added mustard and cheese to mine minus the lettuce. The fries were hot and fresh and hand cut. The fries were even better than the Burger in my opinion. Sweet tea was refreshingly sweet! Hole in the wall place near Ft Rucker AL. The place was very busy and run by teenagers, one being the team lead doing a great job of customer service and management. For the price and service they get the four stars. For taste, I would give them a three. I had the double cheeseburger combo for less than $9. Not bad, but nowhere near the best I've ever had. I had a 1/2lb double burger with large fries (twice the size of normal large fries) and a very large cup for Coke of your choice refills. I enjoyed the hamburger but I would guess they are from frozen patties (had the rounded edges like bubba burgers). Taste wise, the hamburger was very similar to a BK whopper. Same for the fries (BK-ish). For the money and locale I would come here again over BK. read more

Picked up a few burgers for date night with the bf before we head over the drive in movie. It is like a hole in a wall type of place, locally owned. If you were just driving by, you would never thought to consider this place. If you do you are missing out on some good eats. Their burgers are really good for a fast food type of place. Definitely not a food chain like mcdonalds and burger king. So dont expect any of that here. The burger would be a 5, very well cooked, juicy with good old american taste. The fries were hot fresh and crispy! We ordered large drinks and they were huge! So for the taste the price was good. 4 for the restaurant atmosphere... Not lots of seating and the most attractive place, but hey! i was there for the good food and thats what i got! read more

The guy who runs the place is incredibly nice. When he isn't working and the younger employees are in charge, the service and quality of the food instantly goes down. When he is there, I always get a good meal. The burgers are good - fries are OK but not great. The food is very much like any other fast food, in my opinion - but the people are much nicer. I know it's church affiliated but I could do without ever seeing another religious pamphlet in my bag. This doesn't usually happen but it HAS happened. I am not paying you to proselytize to me.
