True GEM!!!! We finally went to Annie's in December of 22, after living in the area for nearly 2 years. If you search best places to eat on other social media sites Annie's is always number 1 and there's a reason Annie's has some pretty incredible fiber food. I try something different every time snd I'm never disappointed. Their menu is extensive and tge food is served up piping hot and fresh. It is a true diner atmosphere from tge old style quirky advertisement tables, filled with local businesses to tge open area grill area where you can see, smell and gear tge good bring prepped. My favs are the chipotle chicken Caesar salad, hamburger steak with mashed taters and green beans and any burger on them menu. My husband enjoys the pork chop sandwich. The out of town guests we have treated to are blown away by Annie's ! I went to take a pic of our dessert TRES LECHES LEMON CAKE WITH STRAWBERRY PURÉE and it was eaten up before I could get a pic we had dessert because we all had delicious salads this night, so treat yo-self!

    The Big Nasty Burger

In town for business and this was recommended by a co-worker. I was struggling to decide between the 2 choices recommended even after reviewing on Yelp. The staff at the front desk of my hotel recommended both as well but leaned slightly to Annie's. So that is where I found myself. With my curiosity peaked I chose "The Big Nasty". A full pound burger with bacon and cheese on both sides of the patty, onion rings and two Texas toast grilled cheese sandwiches as the bun. After a slightly longer than expected wait the master piece arrived and I quickly dug in. I would recommend a little more caution for future diners as I think I burned the inside of my mouth slightly with the copious amounts of the melted cheese. Also after a near dislocation of my jaw trying to bite this massive creation, I opted to use the provided steak knife (buried to the hilt in the attached picture) to cut into smaller more manageable portions. The burger patty was seasoned well but slightly dry (or maybe it was just me as I neared the end). More cheese makes anything better IMHO. Bacon just right, not too crisp and not too soft. The Texas toast struggled slightly with the volume but ultimately held up to the task. After polishing the burger off, which seemed to impress the server at least a bit, I was quite glad I had opted for no side orders. However, I was disappointed that I did not have the appetite to try dessert. The cobbler sounded quite good. Overall service was ok, not bad, not great, just ok. That's really the only reason this was not 5 stars. Since this gastronomical feat is not celebrated by a picture on the wall or a t-shirt, I recommend splitting it and maybe trying that dessert I missed out on.

Best home cooking in enterprise. Everything I've had here has been amazing. Service is second to none and they really put off that small town family type feeling. You are safe to order anything on the menu. We will be faithful customers during our stay in enterprise.

Perfection on a plate! Every single bite was tender and delicious. This steak is the best way to reward yourself for a hard worked week.

Another 5 star filet. Seriously, this is where to go in Enterprise if you want theeee best steak. Jessie is a master chef with steaks. Thank you Jeff, Jessie and staff! Ps. Try the fried mushroom appetizer too!

Food was great, had the country fried steak, with green beans and fries. Service was great! Love the feel of a local downtown spot.

My wife and I got burgers and they were delicious. No frozen patties here actually with the quality of the food makes me think that this restaurant doesn't even have a freezer. Everything I had was definitely made fresh in my opinion. And just when I was about to give up on looking for good fried green tomatoes my wife found this place. Do yourself a favor if you stop here, get an order because they were delicious! Crispy and crunchy in a good way. We're in Dothan for two more weeks and we will definitely be going back there a few mor times before we head to Florida. As far as the service you couldn't ask for anything better. We spent a month in Townsend Georgia last year and everyone was super nice and very friendly. I can't say that about the experience that I've been having here in the Dothan area, don't get me wrong all the people are very friendly and nice but unfortunately all of the places we had dinner at were not as friendly as the folks in Georgia were but this dinner changed all that for us. Good old southern hospitality came beaming through from everyone at this diner. They were all very kind and they even made sure that we knew that we may be getting snow this weekend. Finally portions, quality and prices were outstanding!!! If you're passing through do t hesitate to stop here for some great food, service and atmosphere.

On this particular day I ordered Al a carte--2 soft scramble eggs with cheese, hash browns with onions and ham, and one pancake. Listen, I still feel how I felt previously about the okra, so I'll just refrain from ordering that in the future. Otherwise, I'll continue to support this hometown establishment.

Don't be fooled by the fact that the place is the right-side anchor to a strip mall of sorts: it's an amazing restaurant with a GREAT bar. The beer selection was on point. I politely asked the server if it had habanero jam because I did not want to make an assumption, and he proceeded to inform me after bringing the burger that he is not allowed to make the burger without the jam. He offered to let me speak to the manager, and led both of the owners to our table several minutes later. The female manager proceeded to speak with hostility towards me about how the Apache burger is the one item on their menu they refuse to modify in a very condescending manner. I respectfully explained that I simply have an allergy and informed the server who took our order. I continued to explain that he didn't mention any issues with taking it off and that I had no idea due to it not being annotated on the menu. She offered to take it back and bring me a different item off of the menu, but refused to make the Apache burger without adding the jam on top. Our group then decided we no longer would like to dine at the establishment and asked for our checks. My husband and I did not eat the burgers. (I couldn't due to the habanero jam I'm allergic to) and they had the audacity to charge us full price for both burgers. This could have been deadly had I not noticed and I am very disappointed.
