I was not especially amused. My order was a simple large fry and three frostys. The front ordering area was unmanned and there was no option to order a chocolate frosty. Only a chocolate frosty with other stuff on or in it. When I asked for help a man named Oshaughn helped me but it was clearly begrudgingly. He seemed utterly annoyed with me. After he helped me get the order done, he just walked away. I waited another five minutes and they set my frostys on the counter. I was told they were waiting for fresh fries which sounded fine by me. Another five minutes passed and another employee opened a drawer and filled my fry holder, put them in a bag and gave it to me. He was super pleasant but they were not the fresh fries I was told I was waiting for. The experience was odd and I felt like I was a bother. The employees were just chatting and giggling away behind the counter I felt like the uncool kid in the school cafeteria. In all my life I've never thought I'd give up believing a place can change. But this Wendy's is hands down the WORST most BOOTY I have ever been to. The staff have the collective the IQ of a rotten grape. I have been here 5 times hoping "it was just a fluke" nah. Insane waiting times for simple orders especially when there is NO OTHER CUSTOMERS, to burgers that I'm assuming jimbo on the line pulled off the the top of the fridge because hot food is a sin apparently, maybe they are scared of the grill?? Idk but the guy on the line needs a new job because they constantly suck at all hours. Idk how this Wendy's is still in business with lethargic staff who can't make simple orders or produce hot food. Maybe because they spend more time outside smoking by their cars than actually making food and there's a gal at the window with the voice of a hamster, if your going to be on the window speak up. I have also noticed a complete lack of hygiene with multiple staff handling food as gloves are not where to be seen or they just really choose not to care. Either way this Wendy's is bar none the worst in the country and is a glorified daycare for the misfit staff who I'm assuming hammer out a handful of premade burgers/ sandwiches and toss them in a Warmer to avoid doing their job and just grabbing from the warmer and calling it good. If you're a HANGRY type, I'd recommend bringing a snack to eat while you wait for the drive thru, and turn off your engine so you don't waste gas. 15 minutes to get a burger? That's all I ordered. I didn't order fries, a drink. No, just a burger. Staff is absolutely unmotivated and slow. I feel bad for the franchise owner because their employees are discouraging customers from returning by locking the door and forcing people to go thru the drive through. I could be the first in line, and be asked to pull ahead and park while they fill the orders behind me. What's the hold up? Are you grinding the meat and forming patties for each order? Seriously the worst wendys. They have screwed up my order ever single time we've gone through the drive thru. They charged us for two kids meals, but didn't tell us until AFTER we paid that they were out of apple slices and kids toys. Then when I got home and the nuggets were so old I couldn't chew them AND my sandwich (burger) was wrong, they gave me a value chicken instead. read more

Food poisoning 10 minutes after eating here...diners beware. I ate at this drive-thru (only) Wendy's about a month ago. Ten minutes after eating my burger, I got the "uh-oh" feeling. Nausea and clear indication that my stomach was not liking this. The meat was small and looked like it had been sitting around awhile. Wish I had looked more closely before taking my first few bites. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. Spoke to him briefly, and then he said "wait sir, my general manager is actually here in the restaurant...I'm going to let you speak to him." Apparently, the GM was making a scheduled stop/inspection of the restaurant when I called, so he got on the phone with me. I detailed what I ordered and what happened. He listened patiently and was very respectful. He took my information because he said he was required to do so anytime there was a food poisoning incident (so he could report it to higher and local health authorities, I presume). The GM said "well sir, there are quite a few problems with this location". The GM then said he was going to check the temperature of the grill to make sure it was within specifications. He apologized and said someone would be in contact with me (they haven't, but I'm fine with that). Bottom line...this is a poorly run and managed Wendy's, and I would avoid it until they can get their act together. Spending the rest of the day with a churning stomach and nausea was enough to keep me away for good. read more
