Today 3/20/26 went to pickup lunch for me and coworker, #1 requested with cheese no lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no pickle just mustard, ketchup and mayo ~ had everything. second order #1 requested cheese & no onion ~ had everything, no cheese the meat was cold and bun was soggy ~ could not eat it.. I even gave a 5 dollar tip.. Need to do better. read more

Passing through and stopped at this cute little restaurant. Staff is very nice, restaurant is very clean and lunch was great.

We've ate here several times and will not be back. The hamburgers have been changed to a concession stand burger and the fries have been changed also soggy. They've lost our business. McDonalds has a better hamburger. We will not be back. A combo is $11.00 and not worth $5.00. The women's bathroom was out of service. Ice cream machine was tore up. For a restaurant to be named Best Burger, the expectation walking into the place was pretty high. Unfortunately, one leaves the place feeling a little disappointed. The bun was not toasted, the beef patties slightly dry, and bland. The fries were good though. The restaurant has a hometown feel to it. The decor is sports oriented and clearly a Crimson Tide joint. Great cheap breakfast in Dothan.I had grits and they were really good. Great random spot found on the way out of town. Recommend.

This place reminded me and my husband both of the little dives we each worked in during our youth. It had teenagers working the place with a variety of burgers, chicken, etc. I ordered a BBQ burger with onion rings. It was tasty, my only complaint would be that I only got a single and the bun was too big for the small hamburger patty. The onion rings were great. The girls working were very friendly and attentive. It was a quaint little place that I am sure I would frequent if I lived nearby. read more

Dad and I visited this place because we heard such high praise. We both wished we had eaten what everyone was talking about. Neither of us liked our burgers because they were overly cooked and just didnt taste right. It wasn't bad meat or anything but perhaps poor seasoning? Maybe frozen too long? We both walked out thinking McDonald's or burger king would have been a better choice. I really do wish though it was a more pleasant experience lkke everyone else said. read more

Disappointing 1/4 lb combo was $9.32, burger was dry and bland, I added bacon it was black and ridiculously chewy. Fries were ok, but had virtually no seasoning. The service was very nice and polite. Great fresh/hot/quick food. Delicious sweet tea with that awesome tiny soft crunchy ice like you get at the hospital. I go by some times to purchase bags of ice thru the drive-thru. I am only rating the one in Midland City here. The young couple who run it are a great Christian family with beautiful kids. The staff is awesome and quick to serve. It is a very clean place. One thing and that is that they need a coat/purse hook on the women's bathroom door. Give it a try and I bet you will want to place your own great yelp review. read more

I have tried a few things, and the biggest burger is soooooooo good but cost so much. The smaller burgers seem to be more bread than meat.the chicken strips are good but nothing spectacular. Dairy Queen across the street has them beat on that. I've been coming for the past 3 years for bags of ice. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the ice. The cost is a bit high so haven't really tried much from their menu. Wish the big burger I love didn't cost as much, because I would order it alot and not just ice. Got a cheeseburger from here yesterday after hearing about the place for awhile. The burger was thinner than McDonald's and BK. The cheese looked and tasted like Kraft singles, lettuce was the smallest parts of a head of Romain, they made the smallest possible dollop of ketchup and mayo and the three pickle slices we're about the size a nickel. After putting the missing mustard on the bun and tossing two of the smallest white onion rings away I decided to give it a taste, wow!!! I've tasted more seasoning on unseasoned tofu than that excuse of a nothing burger!!! Wish I could place a negative sign in front of the one star I'm giving this place. Caveat emptor, or just keep driving past this hack shack bc you'll find a new McDonald's closer to Dothan off the same highway. Pathetic!!!! read more

Great, cheap breakfast in Dothan. Bowl of grits, eggs, and cheese for 50 cents! Very hot and ready to eat.

We stopped for breakfast a few days ago, and so we decided to come back for lunch. I had the Hawaiian best burger combo, and my lunch date had the pastrami best burger combo. The sweet tea is really good, and they give you a ton of fries with your combo. My burger was undeniably better tasting than my date's. The burger patty itself is not wonderful. In fact, it's not special at all. My date's burger was very nearly boring as a result; the pastrami was good, but couldn't redeem the dry quality overall. However, this place does bacon right! The thick-cut bacon on my burger was cooked to crispy perfection and generously applied. This fact also presented itself in my breakfast earlier this week, so I'm wondering whether "best bacon" might not be their actual claim to fame. (: The ladies behind the counter were pleasant and patient. We may have to come back to try their wings some other time. read more

I ordered a "fully loaded " hot dog and it literally had 3 slices of pepper, 1 piece of chopped lettuce on it besides the mediocre bun and wiener. If you dine in service is fine. On the other hand being someone who runs a local business in the same town with ten other employees when you make call in orders it can never be gotten right. At times i am the only one in my office during the lunch hours so i call my order in and one of my employees is nice enough to run over and grab it for me. Nine times out of ten when they get back my order is always wrong ,what makes it even worse is I order the same thing every time most of the time even call it to there attention that they always mess it up hoping that they will pay extra attention but evidently do not. My order is always a bacon double cheeseburger with no lettuce and no tomatoes with straight fries and a large coke ....PRETTY SIMPLE HUH....should be anyways for someone who works at a burger joint everyday....LOL BLAHAHA!!!!!!!! Mistakes have ranged from only 1 piece of meat , of course it always has lettuce and tomato on it, at times no bacon,once even no top bun......Well today topped it all ..once again same order " Bacon double cheeseburger no lettuce and no tomato with straight fries and a large coke".... order came back as a small chicken sandwich with lettuce of course....WOW.... So i called and asked why every time is it wrong ...Their response "oh our bad ".... so i explain no one here but me employee picked up my food and went to Dothan to cash check ...who could bring me my lunch just 2 blocks away pretty much ..their response " We don't run delivery. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
