He was very rough trying to get the lower drawers out of our fridge, Marring the interior of our top of the line Kitchen aid. Not to mention he was much more expensive than another repair we had used this same company for which took much much more time and more parts. we were happy with the care and cost of the previous repair (done by an actual appliance ER employee). Trying to get a fix is like pulling teeth and even when getting insurance information for a claim we are getting incorrect information and "not enough" or not correct information per the insurance company. Several months later I give up and am writing reviews of our bad experience. With all of this said, make sure you have documentation of your condition of appliance before time and ask for an estimate ahead of time being that apparently it can vary WILDLY!

So, I proceeding the schedule the cleaning of my unit as he told me they would take it all apart and make it look almost like new. He said it usually takes 2-3 hours to clean. They came out and spent 45 minutes cleaning it and it didn't look any cleaner minus the griddle. When I splurge for the same dollar amount to have my entire house clean the cleaner makes my WOLF range look better. I've now spent over a week trying to get someone to come and fix the issue. And now the ignitors don't work again. I would not recommend using this company.

So be aware, we just wanted to buy new appliances from them and they delivered us two damaged machines with dents and scratches. I attached the pictures showing their "new machines". We realized the condition only when took the packaging off, maybe that's their strategy to put the packaging on and leave the appliances before you get to check what is underneath. Be sure, they want answer to your phone calls if something goes wrong. I called them two days in a row, during their working hours and nobody answered.

i went in to metropolitan appliance on memorial day weekend and had done my online research and was…read morepretty certain what i wanted in terms of a replacement slide in stove. jacob a approached me and ended up helping me. we spent over an hour talking about options and discussing standard coil vs induction/glass top. i wasn't going to go that route but jacob is very thorough and not pushy at all; multiple times he stated that his goal was for me to purchase something i felt comfortable with and would be happy to own. i appreciated that. ultimately i decided to go with a frigidaire model that was a drastic improvement on the stove/oven i've lived with for two decades. he took care of the payment paperwork, the scheduling of delivery which had to wait until now and also all the communication between us. he was also kind enough to send a follow up email alerting me to being eligible for a rebate based on the model i had chosen. today, the delivery folks showed up within the stated window and i'll just say that the tracking system clients are sent to know when to expect the delivery is magic! it helped a lot to be prepared and to have cleared the adjacent space but it left no guessing for when they would arrive. jorge and his teammate (sorry, i didn't catch his name) were professional and efficient. they knew how to handle the extrication of the old appliance, how to set up the new one and insure it was level, and they walked me through basic operating instructions. all told (and i haven't yet used the appliance) i have been very happy with the level of service and courteous communication from this business. it makes me want to provide their name to others who are in the appliance market and to use them again when i next need a replacement.
