PLEASE READ!!! Worst customer service experience of my life!!!…read more Lifetime Ram owner. Brand-new 2025 Ram. Complete engine failure at 6,600 miles. Instead of standing behind their vehicle, I've been passed back and forth between Bryden Motors and Stellantis for two months with no meaningful resolution. I was never offered a loaner vehicle and essentially told to kick rocks. I'm facing a potentially enormous financial loss. Be very careful dealing with Bryden. If something goes wrong, you could be left high and dry as I was. I STRONGLY encourage people to look elsewhere. I've now filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Wisconsin DATCP, and Wisconsin DOT, and have shared my experience on Google and DealerRater. If anyone else has had a legitimate issue with Bryden Motors and feels you've been blown off like I have, I encourage you to use all available consumer complaint processes to get their attention.

When I arrived he hooked my car up to get an idea of what was happening. My battery was running at a lower voltage and I chose to get it replaced. While waiting, I called Chevrolet customer service to see if the bumper to bumper warranty covered that, they informed me that it didn't. I ended up paying for the service. After I got home, I got an email from the customer service representative stating the she made a mistake and my battery was covered under that warranty. I proceeded to call Budweiser and Karla answered the call. While speaking with Karla and informing her that I had the bumper to bumper warranty on my car and confirmation from Chevrolet that the battery was supposed to be covered she chose to try to argue that the warranty did not cover this and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. She then told me to forward the email to Budweiser for review and someone would contact me. I did in fact forward that information. Shawn eventually called me back about 30 minutes later and apologized for the mistake of not checking into the warranty while I was there earlier. He told me to come in the following day so he could collect the information he needed off the battery and he was going to have a refund check waiting for me. THANK YOU, Shawn for making the experience better! You deserve 5 stars. Karla...you deserve only 1 star, and that is being generous.
