We were stopped on the side of the highway and we looked for a close Ford dealer. Luckily for us we were close to Tom Peck Ford. I put on my flashers and headed their way. Everyone there was super friendly and within an hour and a half we were back on the road. We had no appointment they just helped out of the goodness of their hearts. Luckily it was a very easy fix (apparently my home ford dealer didn't hook the air intake back up right with my last service). When I came back from the test drive with the mechanic I found my wife in the lobby with the dogs and they were getting treated like kings. They were given treats and water. I would highly recommend them and if I didn't live so far would definitely buy my next Ford from them.

Instead of standing behind their vehicle, I've been passed back and forth between Bryden Motors and Stellantis for two months with no meaningful resolution. I was never offered a loaner vehicle and essentially told to kick rocks. I'm facing a potentially enormous financial loss. Be very careful dealing with Bryden. If something goes wrong, you could be left high and dry as I was. I STRONGLY encourage people to look elsewhere. I've now filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Wisconsin DATCP, and Wisconsin DOT, and have shared my experience on Google and DealerRater. If anyone else has had a legitimate issue with Bryden Motors and feels you've been blown off like I have, I encourage you to use all available consumer complaint processes to get their attention.

Within less than five months, while driving in active traffic, the vehicle suffered a sudden, catastrophic powertrain failure. The vehicle completely lost all acceleration, leaving me trapped and stranded in a highly dangerous roadway position. Immediately following the power failure, the engine bay filled with heavy smoke and began severely overheating. The vehicle came within moments of bursting into a full thermal engine fire. This vehicle was a rolling death trap that almost killed me on the road. No one is taking this life-threatening safety failure seriously. The selling dealership refused to address the known hazard, forcing a predatory repossession that destroyed my financial life while leaving a severely defective, fire-prone vehicle completely unaccounted for. I need an immediate federal investigation into this vehicle before this defect causes a fatal fire for another driver.
