It's ok... took my truck in for warranty and recall work. Thought I might get at least a car wash with that. Nope! Oh well!

PLEASE READ!!! Worst customer service experience of my life!!!…read more Lifetime Ram owner. Brand-new 2025 Ram. Complete engine failure at 6,600 miles. Instead of standing behind their vehicle, I've been passed back and forth between Bryden Motors and Stellantis for two months with no meaningful resolution. I was never offered a loaner vehicle and essentially told to kick rocks. I'm facing a potentially enormous financial loss. Be very careful dealing with Bryden. If something goes wrong, you could be left high and dry as I was. I STRONGLY encourage people to look elsewhere. I've now filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Wisconsin DATCP, and Wisconsin DOT, and have shared my experience on Google and DealerRater. If anyone else has had a legitimate issue with Bryden Motors and feels you've been blown off like I have, I encourage you to use all available consumer complaint processes to get their attention.

The paperwork had inconsistencies, and I was never properly provided a completed, signed inspection form. At one point, I was even asked to sign a blank inspection form, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. After purchasing the van, I started dealing with issues that should have either been disclosed or caught during inspection. I brought the vehicle back expecting the dealership to stand behind what they sold and handle things properly. Instead, the process felt careless and frustrating. I was told the total cost of repairs was over $7,000, and that the dealership was "covering" over $6,000 of that, leaving me responsible for about $1,100. However, when I received the actual receipts, the total only showed around $3,000, with a $2,000 discount applied--bringing my portion to the same $1,100 I paid. When I questioned why the numbers didn't match the claimed $7,000 total, I was given vague answers and told that the rest was handled on "separate backend paperwork" that they were unwilling to provide. That lack of transparency raises serious concerns about what I was actually charged versus what I was told. Communication throughout the process was poor, and I constantly felt like I had to chase answers rather than being treated like a valued customer. When I dropped the van off for service, it had close to half a tank of gas. When I got it back, the low fuel light was on. That alone shows a lack of respect for customers' property. On top of that, when I got the vehicle back, small but obvious things were ignored--like broken clips that hold wiring in place. It would have taken very little time to fix, but it wasn't done. That kind of detail reflects the overall level of care and attention they put into their work, and it makes you question what else may have been overlooked. Overall, this experience left me with very little confidence in this dealership. Between the questionable paperwork, lack of transparency around repair costs, poor communication, and careless service, I would strongly recommend anyone considering buying from here to get an independent inspection and be prepared to double-check everything.

About the friendly(est) dealership I've ever walked into. Not pushy at all, met the owner(s) and…read morethis on Christmas Eve day. Decent deal, nothing great but didn't feel like I got kick in the (you know what) the day after the deal. Found it funny (not really) that they were giving away 24 inch flat screen TV's "with every used car sold". Guess it depended on what the sale price was, as part of the deal I didn't get a TV cause the price was "so tight". Really a $100 TV was going to break the deal REALLY! I just hope they could return the TV's that they didn't give away for that little extra something in their pockets....that being said, I would return if ever in the market and they had what I wanted. UPDATE: NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE. Purchased a second vehicle from them and WILL NOT RETURN! Saw a couple things that needed taken care of and the service guy was all about "just making something work" instead of FIXING the items that the sales dude would be taken care of. Now keep in mind I've purchased 2 vehicles from them in a year and a half right. THE ONLY person that remembered me (including the owners) was the finance lady (she needs to find another job). The owners went from awesome to "whatever". WILL NOT RETURN, not looking for a butt kissing but don't need the 60's "we're loosing money on this one" BS. I'm shocked at the difference.

Ruda took my car in on very short notice for a repair, and the staff was very friendly, kept me in…read morethe loop about the status of my car, and charged a reasonable price for getting the vehicle fixed. I would not hesitate to do business with them again, and will tell my friends that this is the place to go for all their car needs. A+!
