I made in person appointment and met Jacob who listened to my concerns, took meticulous notes and got to work backing everything up, just in case. Later in day, Chris stepped in and called me to be sure that I was aware they needed to factory reset but assured me the backup files would be restored. 48 hours later, I met again with Jacob who I feel went above and beyond timewise to get everything back on my laptop. Even had to deal with a 3rd party vendor chatting and eventually releasing a download. I so appreciated Chris and Jacob for their time and expertise. Thank you!

Knowing that digital games are non refundable, I fully expected to have to pay out of pocket and buy the game twice. The staff was amazing. It took a good hour at the register, at one point having 4 people trying to help. Alex and team tried many different options, even issuing a new code for the game. It still didn't work, so they exchanged the card that wouldn't work for an xbox gift card. Even though I ended up paying the difference for the gift card ($10.01, truly not bank breaking) the fact that the employees all worked together to help make the situation right for my kid. Mostly we were just there to view things on this visit but I did pick up a Funko Pop for my one child who is a big fan of Hocus Pocus and my youngest child who was with me picked up some jewelry and a couple of decorative items. Every year I buy more spiders from these guys to decorate outside my home but they have so many other items to choose from. We saw lots of really good skulls and skeletal items on this visit and will definitely be back to pick up a few things on another visit. If you're looking for costumes for pretty much anyone in the family this is a good place to start.

And, of course, it occurred on a Sunday afternoon. Knowing that the company handling my warranty would not be available for at least a few days, I searched out to companies that were available 24/7. Orlando Appliance Repair was one of those companies. Upon calling, the customer service rep put me in touch with their field-rep, Igor. I described the problem and he planned to show withing two hours or less ... on a Sunday afternoon! My refrigerator came back online and I contacted Igor to make him aware and cancel my appointment. He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost. If a company can be this prompt and respective to new clients calling on a Sunday afternoon that they would end up not be getting business from that day, I can only believe that their actual work would be first-rate and I would not hesitate to connect with Orlando Appliance Repair for any related needs in the future.

We had some questions about our pool, and the gentlemen working (I think the owner), helped us get the right chemicals and new pool pump and heater to make our pool run like new again. He also informed us about all the services they offer, including monthly pool maintenance. We used to purchase our supplies from Posner, but then decided to go with a monthly service. Our pool has never looked better! Prices are fair, and the best part is I don't have to worry about my pool anymore.

Much of what they have that I use I can find for a good deal less money someplace else that is usually closer to home. And this occasion I purposely stopped in because I looked online for an item that I have searched for in the past. They showed they had it in stock and when I got to the section you should be in I couldn't even find a place on the shelf or it could go. This is the same problem I had the last time I was looking for the same item and that was well over a year ago at a different location. Sadly their website just never seems to be truly up-to-date on much of what they carry. From my point of view if you're not looking for something specific and don't mind spending the money then this is probably the store for you. My one kid shops here for groceries because of allergies they have and items they can find here that don't give them the problems that they get from other stores.
