They probably would prefer I stop watching YouTube videos and thinking I can fix stuff BUT everyone is so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. When I was looking for screws and such to mount my tv to an existing mounting thingy, I ended up taking my tv to Ace. The gentleman went out to the truck and figured out what I needed. Went out to garden section looking for a plant, no one around to help. Walked back to front of store, interrupted 2 young ladies (employees) visiting. One said there's the garden guy over there. Asked him about what I was looking for, he acted a bit out of shape & was just rude- excuse me stores are closing left & right. We're coming in in-person paying for your paycheck. Again when walking back up to register interrupted the 2 young ladies. Honestly not sure I'll continue driving out if my way to go to this store.

Not to mention they had a sale on bags of mulch, 5 bags for $10. Typically these are $5 per bag, which can really add up, so saving $3 per bag is huge! I did the math and with delivery this was by far the cheapest mulch sold in the area. Normally, Gallo winery is the best deal for mulch, but I was saving $70 dollars going with Lowes and that included delivery. I ended up buying 90 bags and got it delivered for $280! Get your Spring yard vibe on!

I'm honestly shocked by the difference in customer service between the Clovis and Fresno locations…read more We were trying to return a generator after continuing to have issues with it, and the experience at the Clovis store was absolutely awful. We followed the instructions we were given for draining the generator's gas, but, as anyone who owns one knows, it's almost impossible to get every last bit out. Instead of trying to help or being understanding, the staff immediately became rude and argumentative. My husband even offered to take it outside himself to dump the tiny amount that was left, and they completely overreacted, saying they were "late," that it was "against the law," and refused to help us at all. The attitude was unbelievable. After leaving frustrated, I called the Fresno location and spoke with JR, and WOW -- what a difference. JR was professional, calm, understanding, and actually wanted to help solve the problem instead of creating one. That is what customer service is supposed to look like. Because of how we were treated at the Clovis location, I will never shop there again. From now on, I'll gladly drive farther just to go to the Fresno store where customers are treated with respect. Though I may have been treated better if Matt was actually working, but since he can't control how rude his staff is. especially when you're sending that kind of money on a piece of equipment.

I asked another employee, also new ( it was her 2nd day)that couldnt help.... and managed to get the chain cut myself the rest of the way with a multitool on my keychain. I went up front to pay for it, and 1 cashier told me the other line was faster( she was doing a credit card application) . I went to self check out and discovered i cant buy the chain there. I stood in line for another 5 minutes, and the cashier and another employee couldnt figure out how to charge me for 2 feet of chain, I took a picture of their part number and showed it to them. A whole lot of new employees that havent been trained, thinking thats a management problem? 30 minutes to do something that shouldve taken 5-10, and could not accomplish it

I kept calling and calling and no one would pick up, the phone kept ringing. I tried for hours throughout my work time but no one would pick up so I decided to show up in person after work to place my order. When I got there and seen my sale rep, all happy to announce I finally decided which blinds I want. I even shared with him I been calling the stores all day but the phone kept ringing. He straight admitted he sees I calls and not pick up. Another sales clerk worked right next time him give me the uncomfortable pitty look. I am speechless and was humiliated. I ended up financing with Lowe's and he informed they dont have the option of 36 months interest free (roughly around that timeframe) but he will call their finance dept next morning and get it corrected. Provided his email address for me to reach out for an update. I emailed the next evening, he never responded. It's been weeks and still no response. I have to call myself to get it corrected. He already provided me the quotes when we first met. When he took down my order, with my quote right by his side, i still repeated to him how I want my blinds to remind him. Order printed, I tried to double check but he rudely tells me to signed it. When the blinds came and the installer put it up, it was the wrong order! REAL BAD EXPERIENCES WITH LOWES FROM START TO END!
