    Way easier to order and pick up than ever expect to get help inside this store. That's what I had to do since it was too busy for the understaffed store. Went outside to order and went back inside. Got a little attitude from the guy at the door when I explained what I just did. He said it was unreasonable to expect it ready in 5 minutes. I told him they need to expedite my order because I had already been there for 15 minutes previously. 6 minutes total time from ordering to pick up and I didn't need to be a Karen and ask for a manager.

    I am surprised to see that this store has so low of a rating. I have been coming here for ~15 years and haven't ever had a bad experience. Yeah sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for a staff member if you need help but no one has ever given me attitude and on the contrary, I've always found the staff to be super accommodating. My best experience here EVER was in 2019 when I went in to buy my first "big boy" TV. I had a $1500 budget and as I was looking around the $3200 flagship LG C8 caught my eye... it was beautiful... low and behold the C9 had just been released and the employee told me they could give me a $200 discount and I was like I'd love this TV but I can only spend $1500 (wife said). After about 30 minutes of some unexpectedly successful negotiation and discussion the manager ended up coming down to $2000!!!!! I called the wife and got the ok and walked out of the store with a $3200 Flagship LG OLED C8 for about $2100 after taxes!!! 5 years later my 65" LG OLED C8 is still going strong and it's one of the most incredible purchase experiences I've ever had for any product EVER! I am a Geek Squad Total Tech member too and as long as you call ahead and schedule an appointment they are always very helpful. I was just in there yesterday looking for a microphone boom arm for podcasting and the guy at the front told me right where it was and even gave me a secondary location to check if it had been moved from the first place he told me... he was right the first time. Many of the negative reviews seem to be people that get snippy with the staff. One person apparently threatened the manager with an attorney when they weren't able to get anything but store credit outside of the 14 day return Window. I mean... do you not expect to be asked to leave when you insist to get special treatment then threaten to sue them when they don't give it to you? I have been outside the window once before too and they still let me return, but only offered store credit. A little bummer but they clearly state that rule before you purchase, at least they let you/me return it! In another situation I had purchased a $1000 PC monitor that I ended up not liking and on day 12 or 13 brought it back and they returned it no problem! In short, this place has always been good to me. Highly recommend. Needless to say, be a happy customer and not a jerk and I'm sure your experience will be as positive as mine!

    Busy here the week before Christmas, but we needed to stop in to exchange something purchased earlier that was non-functional. A brief wait at the counter and we were on our way. I took a bit of time to check out the computer stuff which was well stocked and prices clearly marked. Accessories, software, peripherals and laptops/desktops ready to go. Because they were so busy, I was not asked by anyone if I needed help. Store is clean, shelves are stocked with no "holes" in the merchandise. It's an A-OK Best Buy.     They charged me $190 and 3 hours to say I have the problem I came there for. After not even taking a minute to look at it.

The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

    I would give zero stars if I could!!…read more Do not buy appliances from here! They have the absolute worst service! Every appliance I've bought from them I've had problems. My ice machine in my refrigerator hasn't worked in years. They came to fix it 3 times and it still doesn't work. My oven was beeping randomly they came over 3 times to fix it. Mind you I had to pay for them to "service" my appliances and no issues were ever resolved. Fast forward to yesterday they came to service my washing machine that has brown flakes in it mysteriously. The "service" guy was here for 15 minutes charged me $196 to tell me to buy some washing machine cleaner on Amazon and if that doesn't work to call back. Well I've used this cleaner 3 times and it's still not fixed. My husband called the service manager and he's wiping his hands clean of our issues. Sales person was nice and did try and search in their warehouse for what we were looking for. However, she pretty much said immediately no delivery slots available until March 30th even if they had what we were looking for. Really? Unless it's a new build house, most people need a replacement new washer, dryer, fridge, etc. delivered faster than over 3 weeks at the earliest. Left there frustrated and went to Smith's in Carlisle on Sat morning, they actually had the washer and dryer on the floor, and can deliver on Friday, less than a week. They seemed to have a much better selection in stock and available for immediate sale. And delivery within a week. Clearly a lost sale opportunity for Brubakers, would recommend they hire another delivery crew so they can deliver earlier than 3 weeks out, totally bad business model and not caring about customers needs. Not stepping foot in there ever again.
