Sky also helped me understand the protection plan and how it's actually layered so you can save money by buying only the parts you want. I didn't even know this was an option. Six minutes later I approached the man asking how long. I never received an answer other than soon. So I sat and waited another 5 minutes wondering if I should leave. Then a young man came out. I explained that while my LG was old, I suspected too many apps were running and could he assist me in clearing them. His reply stunned me saying that the store was only sales and he probably couldn't help. I then inquired that I knew I was up for a newer phone and inquired about such. He took my name and cell number along with my driver's license saying that he would work up a plan and went to the back once again. I sat for an additional 20 minutes then got up and walked out. 33 minutes waiting for nothing while the store was empty. Never again!

He jumped hoops and gave me so many discounts I was like where did this guy come from..he had me up and my account was at an discount better than going into the store. He even stayed on the line as I went into the T mobile store for the help he couldn't do on his end. After in which the man at the store couldn't do he gave me the discounts a few days later to offset what they wouldn't do at the store.. thank God for this gentleman as he saved his company from me going to Verizon.
