By the way, this is with hardly anyone in the store. Then I was told they didn't have any in stock so I looked at a different size screen, and they told me it's the same electronics. So I decided to purchase. I came home only to find out I was paying over $300 more for the same set that was available elsewhere. After going through numerous communications, trying to call the Store back and asking about their pricing policy. I was told they couldn't match the pricing. A nice waste of my time!

I was explicitly told that all I needed to do was call the store after receiving my first credit card statement and they would apply the adjustment. When I called, I spent over an hour on the phone and was told I had to wait 15 days. I waited the 15 days, called back, spent another hour being transferred between representatives, and was then told I had waited too long and was no longer eligible. As a result, I never received the promised 10%. I feel completely misled into opening a credit card based on false information. This experience was exhausting, deceptive, and unacceptable. I have been warned about Best Buy by other unhappy consumers and now I know why.

Emailed the president of PC Richards and they responded immediately. @JoaneCalvo contacted me by phone and has assigned full credit for the non functioning refrigerator and we will go to the store and select a new one of our choosing, including free delivery and installation. (And removal of the old one as well ...I hope! ) Hopefullly they will provide this type of service to all who experience such a problem. Appreciate the P.C. Richard & Son response and appreciate friends and family input and offers for a temporary refrigerator space and assistance as well! Upgraded to 4* because this type of intervention should not be necessary. We have been longstanding customers and they should provide appropriate customer service.

Everything sat where it was supposed to sit, which felt almost unnatural for a store this size. Despite the sprawl, I found what I needed quickly, as if the shelves had been arranged by some benevolent hand that wanted me to succeed. Self checkout was quick and painless. The machines did their work. I did mine. Nobody complained. Out in the lot, there was plenty of parking. Rows and rows of empty spaces waiting for people to fill them with carts of back to school supplies and impulse buys. I did not interact with a single human being during my entire time there, nor did I need to. It was efficient. It was ordinary. And in a world that so often makes simple things hard, ordinary felt pretty wonderful. Four stars.
