ngl after I went in for a screen repair for my iPhone 16 pro I had some issues with my phone the first day getting it fixed. Not only does my phone lags every swipe I take but out of nowhere my Phone starts flash banging me while watching TikTok's. thought it was the videos until I backed out restarting the app it still continued to happen. another thing my phone gets extremely hot faster now I don't know what it is, I have all apps closed ,brightness on low and, I'll have low power mode on still nothing is working out in my favor. not once have i complained about the price for the fix but In my opinion ,you can find better for a better price. read more

I had AirPod Pros 2nd generation brand new , still in box , still sealed . They took 20 minutes to say "Yea I don't know if these real so I could give you $80" , I told him "I'm going I paid $190 and im asked for $130" and then he said "what's the lowest you can take?" , I just said never mind and took it elsewhere and got what I asked for. Never bring your phone to this place for a repair. I broke my camera lens and brought it here to be repaired. The person who fixed my phone had no idea what he was doing and severely screwed it up. The camera lens was worsened after the repair than it had been before I took it in. So I demanded that he remove it, and I demanded a refund for the $70 I paid for a shoddy work. He removed it, causing even more further damage to the camera lens. Now Apple has told me that fixing it will cost me $599, and whomever fixed it earlier didn't know what they were doing. He even scratched the camera lens and poked several of the inter camera lenses. Thank to you now my phone value is 0$ worth! Wasted of my damn time!! Be aware people!!! read more

I felt very safe going in iGenius today 8/12 The staff were wearing masks and gloves. Our iPad was not holding a charge and would shut off immediately after disconnecting from the charger. We took it to igenius for a diagnostic check. They called and told us that it was the mother board and that they could fix it for $200, as well as installing a new battery. When we picked it up, we discovered that the Bluetooth would not recognize the I pencil. First, they told us it was an Apple proble. We called Apple. They told us that the problem was that they were not listed as USING Apple parts, so devices were not recognized. When we told the manager at the store, he offered an exchange- a smaller, Apple 6th generation for our Apple 8th generation 10.5 inch. Plus $30. If we had known that the repaired iPad would no longer support Bluetooth, we would never have paid $200. The exchange offer is like throwing good money after bad. We are extremely annoyed and disgruntled. read more

I went in to get my iPhone 6s screen fixed since it was shattered. It cost $85 which was cheaper than the "we fix it" place up the street. He originally said it would take 40 min but it ended up only taking 20min since he wasn't that busy. New screen looks and works great. I'd def recommend this place to get ur screen fixed. read more

I cracked my iPhone XR pretty bad, half of the screen was black and the other half displaying weird colors. They fixed it in less than an hour for $130 with extra protection. Fast and easy and my phone works perfectly. Highly recommend this place! read more

I cracked my screen and went here to get it fixed because it was pretty reasonably priced. A month goes by and my display freezes. I go to an apple store and they told me who ever fixed my screen here messed it up. My entire display was unaligned. Don't go here it's a waist of money read more
