In my panic of not having a phone I went to my carrier and they said it was irreparable and I ended up getting a new phone and being extremely upset that I had lost ALL of my pictures and music files that I had collected from the past two years. I kept searching and trying to find some way to get my data off my broken phone and was feeling like there was no hope. Then I decided to call my computer technicians (Crave Systems - awesome company) and they referred me to Milton Wireless. The owner, Shoaib, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went to his store he took my broken screen off and put a new screen on so we could adjust the media synch settings and then he put my broken screen back on. I went home and was able to upload ALL of my files which I thought I had lost to my pc! I would refer anyone with a broken cell phone to Shoaib at Milton Wireless as he is an expert with excellent customer service and is very reasonable with prices.

I'll keep it short as to what happened: -It took longer than they said, they never called to update us -the person doing the repairs took the swollen almost exploding battery out, then put it directly back into the device -there's visible damage around the screen where they pried it off to get to the battery -The tablet works without the battery, we were told it would not. -Upon realizing I shouldn't have trusted anything about them, I plugged it in and it turned on but -The screen is broken right down the middle, i don't think they bothered to soften the glue, but crowbarred it out of the device. do NOT take anything you value to this place. EVEN if its cheap or convenient or anything. They will destroy it every time. (this is 3 times for us) With this many 1 star experiences I'm shocked they're still here.
