I've dropped off my phone a few times to fix screens and they always do their best and fastest to solve them! :) My mom has also asked to have her phone unlocked, but Henry told her to wait until the new law went by where unlocking will be free. They're very honest; they were going to charge me $50 to replace a part, but they only needed to clean the part to solve the problem, and therefore only charged me $15 for it. My iPad Pro 12.9" LCD screen needed to be replaced due to a crack screen, but in addition to that, I had a ghost touch issue as well. This ghost touch issue was actually caused by the previous technician (discredit to Cellphone Parts Canada) that I first went to as the technician at Cellphone Parts messed up my board while installing the screen. Waiting for many months from him, he still couldn't figure out the real problem. I was so happy to take a shot with Comet Squared for a second opinion. Norris at Comet Squared was not only a knowledgeable technician, but also a very nice guy. He explained the situation of my iPad, and he was confident that his advanced tech guy could fix the issue. I was extremely pleased that Comet Squared really fixed the ghost touch issue in about 2 days. The OEM LCD screen is also very good quality. The technicians at Comet Squared are much more professional and competent than the previous technician I dealt with. Low quality product, waste of money. My brother and I both had our screens and LCDs replaced and were sold a special tempered glass screen protector, which we were assured would absorb any impact and break instead of the replacement. My brothers broke within a week, mine lasted 15 days; the screen protector didn't have a scratch on it but the poor replacement glass underneath shattered under the slightest impact. The LCD immediately stopped working and we both had to buy brand new phones. Comet Mobile refused to do anything about it. I would not recommend this service to anyone. read more

Fairly busy with customers popping in and out all the time. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and very down to earth. Had a potentially broken screen, was told the cost and possibilities up front. I decided to wait for the repair, they opened phone and did the required testing in front of me to confirm the issue.
