Update: I haven't had any passengers in the back of my coupe nor have I had any work done for anything in the back seats but today, I decided to clean the back windows and I found several deep scratches in my center console. This center console was purchased brand new and installed a month ago so there is no way these scratches were caused by me. I think it's too late to go back and demand to make things right since it's been awhile since I've had this work done. Let this be a warning to anyone with a classic/show car NOT to get any work done unless you're willing to have the inside of your car treated like it's a crap box that can withstand abuse. The customer service line here is disorganized and sort of a mess. I went in to pick up an order and was the only one in the 'order pick up' line while there were many people in the returns line. Both lines are next to each other and share the same Best Buy reps at the register. After each person completed their return, the rep just says "next" so the people in the returns line just kept on proceeding while I'm waiting for my turn to pick up my order. I had to get the attention of one of the reps for them to finally give me my online order. What I thought was going to be a 5 mins in-and-out pick up dragged on to be much longer. read more

Just purchased two major electronics at this Best Buy with the help "Tod" in the appliance department. I decided to drive out 20 miles to this location in hopes of getting better service than my local BB. As I arrived I was immediately helped by Tod in the appliance dept and was very impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable he is. Tod was able to answer all our questions and he even helped us save some money, you don't see many customer service reps go above and beyond like he did. When it comes to major appliances it's important for me to see the items in person and get a sense of quality. I am a total tech member and when I ordered a washer and dryer it was delivered with scratches! The installation crew were lazy and didn't install anything! The connections for washer and dryer are new so there shouldn't have been a problem connecting the appliances. If you're a Pokémon fan and currently trying to get any form of the trading cards, I will definitely give you the heads up and say to NOT even bother going to this location! Both myself and my partner, and a few others I've spoken to, have all been given very different responses in terms of when they restock, how much product is put out on the shelves let alone if they even put out ALL the product they receive from I suppose a vendor or shipment without hiding any in the back, and they always seem to be Out of Stock. Some of their answers included telling us to just pre-order and hope that they get completed, that their restock day is A but then no it's B or C, my partner even made an online order when they had the cards in stock weeks ago and then suddenly after it was processed and completed-the order got cancelled/refunded "due to an error and that there was no product to be found". I personally think an employee saw the set that he ordered and personally canceled it themselves it was just so odd. This was around the week the value of Bubble Mew from Paldean Fates went up too, it's too much of a coincidence. So I also happen to work in a store that receives a small amount of cards too, and I've had several people ask me if we have any in stock but as of late we hadn't due to theft and nothing coming in. Tell me why, a recent customer told me they were able to get a good amount of Prismatic Evolution product from this store, "right when he checked back after they just restocked product", and yet so far everyone else I've spoken to who's gone to check out the place a couple times a week at different intervals-can't seem to find any. This location needs to do better in terms of communicating with the customers about a general idea of restock days even if not admitting the actual day to avoid harassing the vendor present, explaining why suddenly an online order was canceled when it doesn't make any sense or the reasons feel false, put limits on product purchases, and overall stop feeling shady. I've come to the conclusion that there seems to be some sort of insider deal going on if there's a vendor who's responsible for the product, being paid by an employee for some product on the side, or an employee setting up a friend with the goods. It makes NO SENSE why this guy who told me about the restock got very lucky and every other person I've spoken to, who have even come to give me an update on their findings, can't seem to get a solid answer or lead-especially when going here. I'll be leaving a call to customer service/corporate about my suspicions and hopefully they can start telling their stores to place limits on product or investigate suspiciously cancelled online orders and purchases. read more

Okay! This place is seriously amazing because I have been coming here for the longest time and I did not get a bad experience EVER! The most recent experience that I had with this place was two weeks ago when I needed a new laptop. I have been eyeing the Microsoft Surface Book 2 for the longest time and it retails for 2.1k! Yes, it is one expensive laptop but it is worth it due to it carrying high gb and has a fast Ram professor. It is perfect for STEM majors and business people! However this review isn't an advertisement for it. Funny story.... before I even went here to get the laptop, I was at Yogurtland with my boyfriend and we were curious if there was a deal because he knows I been wanting to get it for myself. I traded in my iPhone through Best Buy's trade-in program and received a Google Pixel 9 Pro. Best Buy required me to mail in my device instead of allowing an in-store trade-in. They provided a box and shipping label, which I used to send my old iPhone via UPS. Unfortunately, the package was likely stolen or lost. When I contacted UPS, they informed me that the package might be lost or stolen. Since Best Buy didn't receive my phone trade-in within the required timeframe, they canceled my promotion. I spoke with Best Buy representatives several times, and they assured me that if I shipped the device, it would be their responsibility. However, after the promotion timeframe had passed, Best Buy refused to assist me further. Despite providing proof of shipment and the tracking number, they refused to open a claim for the lost package, citing their policies. UPS told me that since Best Buy is the shipper (having provided the return label), it is their responsibility to open a claim for the lost package. I feel this process is unfair and potentially a scam. By not allowing in-store trade-ins and requiring mail-in returns, Best Buy creates situations where packages can be easily lost or stolen, thus avoiding paying out large promotional trade-in values. Internet forums have confirmed that trade-in phones are frequently stolen because they are easy targets for unlocked phones with significant value. Now, I'm stuck and at a financial loss. I trusted Best Buy's trade-in program and purchased an expensive new device based on their offer. As a result, I've lost the trade-in value of my original phone, the phone itself, and any reimbursement from UPS will go to Best Buy, not me. It's a no-win situation.
