I've been here a few times though, always to pick up stuff for my dad. He always writes down exactly what he wants with the description, brand, price, and even item code. I give the staff the paper and they say "yes, you have the item code, awesome!" Then they punch it into the computer to ensure they have it in stock (which in my experience they always do) and then they go get it for me. Easy peasy. I give it the once over to make sure it's the right item, then I pay and leave. Staff are efficient and nice. They never make fun of me that I'm like a fish out of water in these kind of stores. Bits and Bytes? That's like a crunchy snack, with pieces that look like Cheerios, Shreddies, Cheese Bits, and pretzel sticks; comes in original and cheese flavours. And ROM? Duh, that's a museum in Toronto! Lol. The store is clean looking. It's in a strip mall, so lots of free parking.
