His first Cut me off while talking to me, refused to look up an order and when I called was told that that was store policy and that he should have done it. Went as far as insulting my physical appearance and humiliating me. I guess God forbid I run errands on my one day off in sweatpants and no makeup. And then he practically threw my laptop I was trying to return at me after he dropped it on the counter in disgust. It's one thing to refuse a return it's another to go out of his way to show how little he cares for others property and flicking it back at me. If I started going around the store and started smashing laptops against the counters I would have kicked out but you allow your managers to mishandle bought merchandise. He acted like the laptop was covered in shit. I'm not sure if accepting returns personally affect his freaking bottom line but he treated me like processing it was the world's biggest inconvenience to his day and not his literal job. He literally said to me " I'm not going to do anything for you, you can go call customer support and they can deal with you" and rolled. His. Eyes. At. Me. I understand not accepting returns without a receipt but there was absolutely no reason to be treated the way I was by him he was frustrated and rude from the very first second of our conversation and devolved into personal comments on my appearance. I left absolutely fuming and in disbelief at how I was treated.

The staff was always light-hearted and the prices were very reasonable. I even tried to get a job there - it was such a great place. The only downside is the hours - they are closed at 6pm during the week and that really caught me off guard one night when I really needed their help.

But another salesman told me that it is not great lenses and refused to help. Photo-printing is awful. I ordered print and most pictures was cut off, though I got full refund. So, I would go in this store only to buy expensive professional camera. Otherwise, I would stick to another store, Black's for example.

Went back today to return it as per their policy, and was told the manager went on break, 'ok, cool - when will he be back?' "Around 30 minutes" - 35 minutes pass, I come back "Oh, sorry manager is still not here yet, come back another day or in the afternoon when the technician is here." Like holy cow, how can an associate not be able to do a simple return? Is it so hard? Ive returned things to associates at Walmart in less time. Called CS - they called the store and by the time the call was done, the manager had finally returned, I went back and completed the return. Sufficed to say lost 40 minutes of my time and $3.75 to return simple RAM. First time shopping here, and my last. Corporate should save it's money and close this location judging by the other reviews.
