I explained a few times incase he was not hearing it correctly, but turns out he just had no care in the world. Downright horrible experience and it left me never wanting to come back or give my business to this place. And, as it turns out, their advice was totally wrong and the woman who was too dumb to understand was absolutely right. If you want valuable advice and care? Do not visit. Good knowledgable sales staff, absolutely garbage service department. Half the work was 'verifying' things a second time even though they'd already done it once and we tested before bringing it in. If the work was done when promised competently there would have been a warranty part in the machine with a moth of time and hundreds of dollars saved.

After getting it fixed 3 times, Visions told me it wasn't their fault and they would take no responsibility for it. I took it to Audio Link with Krazy Kileys and they re-installed the remote start/alarm and it now works amazing. Will never go back their car installation guy doesn't know what he is doing and was very rude to me when trying to explain to him what the problem was.
