    Worst shopping experience EVER!! Needed a new ipad for my daughter, and I knew exactly what I wanted. Walked in and was told to wait (?). All I wanted to do was bring the ipad to the counter, pay for it, and leave. I guess that is not possible here. I waited patiently for over 20 minutes and then left. Went to Walmart up the street and got my Ipad paid for, and back into my car under 5 minutes. This BB location really needs to get their act together. I will never buy anything from Best Buy ever again. Even if you know what you want, and just want to pay and leave it is not possible here. They will make you wait to see a "specialist" for god knows what reason? What a waste of time.

    I ordered my tv, mount, sound bar, and mount for My sound bar on December 14th. I had to cancel my order and reorder of December 15th at 830pm almost their closing time to get my product. When I went in to tell them what happened I got attitude as if it's my problem. JT tried to keep things calm but beat but is ass. Get your stuff together. I talked to a representative 3 times prior to going in and never got my stuff. Even after going in I was promised my stuff and still didn't get it. I had to cancel my order and buy my 2,000$ order again before I could get it. This Best Buy is ass.

    I wish that I could say that this Best Buy was a confusing mess but it was actually tidy and organized. I wish that I could say that they didn't have anything I wanted in stock, but they actually had a pretty good spectrum of digital cameras from cheap to very expensive. I wish that I could complain that the prices were too high, but I looked up the model number of the digital camera that I was looking at and the prices at other places were competitive. I wish that I could complain that the sales clerk who rang me up was slow or rude, but he was speedy and polite. So I'm a fan. This was a pleasant shopping experience!

My boyfriend stopped in and approached a salesman. He offered little help (younger, tall guy). Pointed him in the direction of air conditioners and that was it. My boyfriend went to him with questions bc he knew exactly what we were looking for and wanted to see if it was available from Voitek's. The guy stared at his computer and said he would need to have the installer come to our home to give us an estimate. He left his phone number were told we'd get a call the following day. It has been over a week now and we haven't received a call. We figured that would happen due to the awkward interaction. As soon as my boyfriend left Voitek's he drove to Rebannack's in Kingston. The sales guy there was super friendly, but unfortunately they do not sell air conditioners. He was so nice that we'd definitely buy appliances from them as opposed to this store closer to our home. Customer service is everything. We have the $, but won't go back to this store. They obviously don't want our business. The owner responded after seeing this review. Yes, the salesperson did call us after this was posted, but we won't fight for someone to call us. They should have called us regardless. There are so many businesses out there and this one obviously doesn't need the business.

    So when it came to the store. It was clean and there was a tone of furniture, kitchen sets, living…read moreroom sets and bedroom sets. Or you can get individual items. The less expensive stuff is a little cheaper made but still very nice. The sales team is excellent and they are nice and go above and beyond to help not only make a sale but to make sure everything after goes well. Delivery and installation is where things went wrong. Tabel and chair's had been delivered with a little damage, the table was put to gather wrong so the legs were super shakey and they left wood staples hanging from the bottom of the table. Now the Bob's way is that if anything is done wrong or damaged they will come fix it. So we set a date and time and the only time they had was 5 days later so I was left with a shakey tabel that had metal sticking out. I have a wife and kids I now had to inform couldn't sit at our new table. On the day to arrive they were 2hrs late and I had to go to work and reschedule. I did inform the customer service of this and that I was very upset. The soonest they could reschedule for was a week later. So another week before we could use our new dining room table. Finaly the service guy came on time fixed everything made the tabel look good and work the way it should. So I called customer service to see if they would remove the $69 delivery and installation charges well no I had received a $25 giftcard for the inconvenience and $25 giftcard for the service tech missing his time. So I will just deal with this and apply these cards to my credit card and they say no it's only good for in store purchases the stuff at this store on the cheap side is none existence. I tried to explain the delivery and installation was what caused so many problems so I didn't think I should have to pay for it but they kept saying this is there policy. With this being said I say if u are picking up something go there and pick it up. If u need it to be delivered go somewhere else. There are other furniture places.

THEY DO NOT STAND BY THE PURCHASE WARRANTEE. I PAID $199.00 for this warrantee. I got no help when i looked into the springs that loosened in the spot i sit on most frequently. MAD AS H#%} customer!
