Came here for the first time because I have toddlers and a messy car. When I came the staff was super friendly and patient with me when I had to get my toddlers out and take out the car seats. I got the inside and outside cleaning service for $75. I asked for the car seats and trunk to be vacuumed out and they did a great job with it. I think it was a good price for the service. They completed the service very well and was okay with my feedback after I looked at my car. The only think I wish they had was shampooing. But this was a good and quick experience. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, which was great. Plenty of seating in or outdoors while you wait, and there is a Walgreens across the street if you need any snacks. I will be back, especially since it was kid friendly. read more

I got the top price interior and exterior car wash and it was $39 for my SUV for what seemed like a subpar job. They did what I asked, but I wasn't blown away for the price I could've washed it myself. Or used an automatic car wash. When you pull in your car and are not directed where to go, be careful with the staff their. They are rude and have an attitude. Then, when it comes to pricing and how clean your car is, you may leave disappointed. My windows were smudged and still had bird droppings on it as it did before I got it cleaned. The also didn't vaccum out the back of the car as I still had dirt on the mats. You can drive up Rte 40 for a better wash, less money, and better customer service experience. Third time here trying to get the "express mini detail" and third time they said it's unavailable that day. They've said it's too busy, too early, or too late. I'm assuming it's staffing issues but they should probably just say they don't offer it at this point. This place is ok for standard services but the offerings are much smaller than what you may see online or on the outdoor signage. Look, the premise is the same. The good: you pick a car wash from the options, they vacuum and clean the insides you pay and go. They have added a new option, that allows a bit better wash and a tire shine. Woop. Oh and I can still use my discount card from the last owners. The bad: Gone are the early bird specials from the website. Additionally, each SUV/TRUCK is an additional $1.50 fee. The customer service here was the best I've experienced. If there is spot that they missed on the car, you can tell the workers to get that specific area. They have never been rude to requests. The workers have been very friendly. Upon completion my car was sparkling clean inside and outside. There is also a lobby area to wait at while they clean the car, and there is a lot of car scents and car accessories as well, so I have a fun time while waiting for my car. When I brought a Kia Soul for a detail my airbag light came out. I've read that sometimes that can happen after seats are shampooed. This car wash just refused to acknowledge they somehow caused my airbag light to come on. The light went away when the seats dried, but they just plain didn't care that it turned on at all when I mentioned it. Don't like how the situation was handled. Big RIP OFF. Most rude manager and overpriced car wash. Took my car to get it washed. Friendly to start but I noticed an up-charge on the ticket of $2, listing as an SUV/truck. When I questioned why there was an up-charge, the manager said it was because the car had a hatchback. When I asked him to show where this pricing was displayed he pointed to the SUV/truck pricing. He kept repeating "the car is a hatchback and we charge extra" but couldn't explain why. I declined to have the car washed and he wanted $10 because "they started vacuuming the car". If I could give a zero I would. Took my car to them only because I was in the neighborhood. Somehow their equipment shears off my valve stem causing my tire to go flat. Of course they have a posted indemnity absolving them of responsibility posted and it specifically speaks to valve stems not being their responsibility. Because the tire has TPMS I have to replace the entire sensor at the cost of $217 . You would think they would have insurance to cover stuff like this. Apparently not which is why they put that on the sign. Why would you have equipment that could potentially damage a vehicle and then say oh well it's on you and be perfectly fine with it. As a business you would think that you would try to make this right. I will never take any vehicle to them and suggest that you don't either. read more

I bought the "basic" wash for my mini-van, which has suffered three trips to the beach this summer with three kids. The outside was much cleaner when done, but the front window was a bit streaky, and they completely missed wiping down the center consul. Other surfaces were wiped fine, and 80% of the sand was removed. I went home and wiped the rubber floor mats with a wet rag to get the rest. Still, it wasn't a bad cleaning- the upsides are I was in/out in 10 mins and it only cost me $13. Update 7/12/19- prices have gone WAY up! My $13 job last summer cost me $20 today ($17 + $3 van surcharge). It was vacuumed well and wiped down, windows done, etc, but I still need to clean my own cup holders. read more

I have been patronizing this establishment for years now, I have seen it change ownership and a few name changes but this operation has pretty much remained the same and I love the thoroughness of the clean that I get when I come. They continue to offer 3-4 levels of cleaning services priced from low to high and you do have the option of adding on some services a la carte. There's always more than one person working on your car from start to finish and they are really good at hitting them crevices with that vacuum. The main thing washing unit used several brushes so beware if you're a fan of brushless cleaners. I've never had any incidents over the years where any of the vehicles I bought here were scratched/damaged. They have a internal waiting area with chairs and a couch. They also sell car items such as air fresheners , floor mats, wipers etc. The restroom is always neat & clean which is a bonus in my book. Their prices have risen over the years, but who's hasn't? Inflation is the game, but even with that, the pricing feels appropriate for the services offered. They do offer full-on professional detailing of your vehicle should you need that. So overall this place is a great go to for all of your car cleaning needs. read more

Carwash sucks sad thing is I went there early last year & it sucked then... After my car went through the wash & was then dried I had noticed my tires hadn't been armored-alled so I say something to the guy who was rushing me along trying to say my ride was ready. You could tell he was in a pissy mood and slopped the tire shine on all 4 tires an as hes doing that I'm noticing my black rims are filthy @ this point I'm past irritated so I ask for the mgr. This little dude takes his sweet a$$ time making his way over to me and my Jeep. I explain to him how I felt a few of there employees had attitude problems that needed to be addressed and my wheels were still dirty! He looks at me then looks down @ my wheel and says where???? I looked at this guy like he had 3 heads & said where wtf do you mean where and I started pointing out all the break dust that was all over the place to the point all my finger tips were black and he says oh that well we can't clean there see we could loose a finger or get burnt..... Mediocre at best! $17 for inside outside standard cleaning but they don't even wipe down your dash board and center console. Not sure which option they have that actually offers this but I have an SUV and paid $19 for a standard car wash and my all weather mats were still dirty. Wiping the dash board and center console should be standard at the least. Other prices are what should be charged for cars washed by hand. The lines for this place used to cause congestion on the street, however, ever since new ownership and prices that went up it's not so busy. They charge more but give you less. read more

Paid $20 for the super deluxe wash which was supposed to include tire shine and "clear coat finish" whatever that means. Because they didn't wax it or do anything but hand towel the car dry. The body of the car looked pretty good on the outside, but the wheel cleaning (which was extra) was very quick and you can still see lots of dirt in all the nooks and crannys. The interior was honestly no better than the 2 minute vacuuming done at a Jiffy Lube. The dash was wiped down but not sprayed with armor-all or anything. It looks like they just used a damp rag so it's dust free but not that clean shiny look it should have. And my center console still has lots of dirt. I think it was vacuumed, but again very quickly and not wiped down. The back seat looks like they didn't even touch it. Same with the trunk. The floor mats are pretty clean and it looks like they vacuumed under them, but not very thoroughly. I will say, they were very quick. But now I know why. They don't do a thorough job compared to what was advertized. I probably won't be back. Do yourself a favor, either clean your own car, or order the bare minimum ($11), because that's what you seem to get anyway. read more

I paid for the Express Interior Wash. An ignorant friend had put white sunscreen lotion on while in the car, and it got on my leather seat and the door. I'll first critique the experience: Unfortunately, I was told they are unable to remove the stains. They suggest I try Goo Gone. It also took them 90 minutes to clean the car, 20 minutes of which was the car sitting alone, waiting while the workers were busy with other cars. They put aside my rubber mats to clean, and it was difficult finding out when those would be ready. This was because the workers were very busy handling a lot of cars at once, and it was tough figuring out where they had put my mats and what they were going to do with them. It was not a language issue; it was simply poor communication. Fortunately, the mats were ready before the car was finished cleaning. Here's the good stuff: The car went through the machine wash like the others who paid for a more standard service, and it received the same initial wipe from workers after that. I appreciated the workers focusing on the wheels. They weren't perfect, but they put in a decent effort for each car, and they were handling 6-10 cars at a time as it was pretty busy when I was there (Sunday early afternoon). With the express service, they were able to spend extra time and effort to remove some very tough stains from my front bumper - stains that couldn't be removed when I tried Flagship car wash in Rockville. They also thoroughly cleaned and oiled the dashboard and cup holders. Minus the sunscreen stains, my car's exterior and interior were spotless. Also, at least some of the workers were English-speaking, and most were at least proficient, so it wasn't difficult communicating with them. As of this review, I see this place has an average of 2 stars. But if you're looking for a thorough cleaning, try the express service a few times a year with them, and I think most people will come away satisfied. If possible, I suggest trying mid afternoon or later when there's probably fewer customers (the customer traffic was dying down after 2pm when I was there). If you're looking for a pretty basic cleaning that's a lot faster, you can get away with the more standard options. It wasn't as if the cars getting a standard service were coming out dirty afterward. It's just that you need to check if the workers miss a few spots, whereas you can expect in the express service that they'll get every inch of the car - and let you know if there's a spot that really is too difficult for them. read more

We purchased a used car from a private owner. While it seemed fine mechanically (only time will tell), the interior looked and smelled like a crime scene. No wonder the previous owner had three air fresheners! It was 15 yrs. old so I couldn't expect much better. We were all set to purchase seat covers (front and back), but wanted to get the upholstery as clean as possible first. No use putting clean covers over dirty upholstery. Best Car Wash cleaned it so well, we don't need the seat covers. It smells great. I couldn't believe how well they were able to get the stains out of the upholstery. All of the vinyl surfaces are shining like new. Even the tires were cleaned and shiny. They should have taken before and after pictures because that would have been a great ad for them. I didn't think to do that because I didn't believe they would be able to make that much of a difference. I was prepared to follow them with disinfectant etc. to kill any residual germs and bacteria. No need to do that now. Fantastic job!!! Highly recommend them for all car washing and detailing needs. read more

It is a general drive-thru car wash that offers about five tiers of service and ends with hand cleaning/drying your car. You drop the car off, they vacuum the inside, run it through the wash, and about five workers wipe dry the vehicle, clean the inside, windows and wheels (if you buy that option). It is basic and does a decent job. It beats washing it yourself. For those who expect perfection go spend your money at a detailer. Probably one of the worst car washes I've ever taken a car to. They are slow and a lot of the employees do not care about the work they are doing. Most of the employees have one speed; SLOW! Also, there is no such thing as an express detail, so don't waist your money for that service. Vary rarely do they use clean microfibers. If you want swirl marks, water spots, half ass vacuum, and a greasy interior this is the place! read more

Ive gone here several times and unfortunately the finished product is never very good. Either the windows have bugs and streaks on them, dirt or debris still in wheel wells, vacuum sub par or in todays case all of the above and at a cost of 22$. read more
