I recently joined the membership for my car wash's. Only been twice including the first time I joined. I have the Premium Membership which the best one. Both times no wax wash used on my car wash's & my tires weren't done until I asked. It states the tires should be done before the car comes out of the tunnel where the car is being washed. The attendant will tell me my car is ready & each time I have to ask why haven't my tires been done. I don't think I will be keeping my membership if the job isn't done correctly. Whenever I ask to speak to the manager,they will say he is not available. I have also called several times. The option with calling is to leave a message and someone will return your call. No one has returned my call. If the manager is never available I'm not gonna have my payment option available to patronize this business. read more

This business has changed ownership and is now called SPA car wash. My boyfriend took our vehicle here to be express detailed last week. He paid $80 plus a $20 tip. First and foremost, someone at that establishment STOLE my $250 AirPod pro's and case, which had my name and number engraved on it. The AirPods were in the door when he pulled up and they were gone when he got home. He didn't stop anywhere else. The next day the AirPods location pinged at an apartment building 5 minutes from the business. We went to the business and the manager (owners brother) was uncooperative and told us there are signs that say to remove your personal belongings from the vehicle and there is nothing he can do. Now operating as Spa Car Wash - The workers allowed a man to steal my truck off their lot moments after being detailed. They do not have a system in place to verify who the rightful owners are of the vehicles they're servicing. There was a language barrier with 95% of the staff. After getting no assistance for minutes, I called 911 and filed a stolen vehicle report. This will happen again! They need to do a much better job with checks & balance and securing people's expensive property! What's cleaner than invisible?!?! I was told that the owner was in route to the location, if he arrived, he never spoke to me nor tried to make amends for their gross negligence. read more

I'm usually very satisfied when i come to this car wash the staff is friendly and pretty quick but this particular day $100 was taken from my wallet which was in the center console , i was told by the woman at the window that it's not their responsibility of something comes up missing. I then called the police and nothing was done just a report taken. I have been to this place many times and never stopped in. My wife told me she comes here when she is in a rush or the person who does our car was very busy. She recommended them for the service and said they were good. I said ok let's try them. Drove up into this tight alley and made a U-turn to queue up to get the car clean. Standard procedure a man come up to the car you tell him what the wash and he will take the order and come back with a receipt for your wash. When we got to the to the front we had to get out so they could vacuum the inside of the car. However, I had never been here before and there is no signage to direct you to go inside to pay and wait for your car. My wife finally showed me where to go. I went and paid for the wash with an added tip for the guy's outside. They did clean the windows and inside. But the tires were not cleaned and my said that they were not done. She had to tell them several times to clean the tire rims. The workers were very nice and addressed her in a business-like way to address her concerns cleaning the tires. My only negative is that when the guys who dry the car have nothing to do, they just sit down on a picnic table they look very unkept and give the business a black eye. They look like they just came from the hood and waiting for something. Instead, the job should supply a place where they can sit down and hang out chill but not in the view of the customers. I like Pearl Car Wash. I really want to like Pearl Car wash. My problem with them is that they have a problem cleaning the inside of the rear glass. My previous car had a back seat and was a convertible. A Jaguar XK-R which is similar to a mustang/camaro with a smaller back seat. I spent $30+ for you guys to bend all crooked in the back seat and clean the inside of the rear glass. If I wanted to do it myself, I would skip the car wash. My replacement car is a hatchback. Open the back window and stand under it to clean the inside of the rear glass. With both cars I had to point it out for them to do the inside of the rear glass. I know it sounds like bitching about peanuts but if I just wanted the outside done, I could run through an automatic car wash. And FYI the car wash down the street on Geipe RD does the same thing. For a $35 car wash that says on the board "inside glass", clean the inside glass without me having to make a stink. read more

Honestly is key! I went to get my car washed, pay, tip, wait for my car only to realize $5 had been taken out of my car somewhere through the process. The money was tucked in a compartment where someone cleaning the car would find. (Lesson learned) however upon talking to the owner he failed to apologize and placed the blame on me not taking a ounce of accountability for his company or associates. He also offered to run the cameras back, then retracted the statement saying he wouldn't be able to see anything. "There's nothing I can do because you can't prove you had $5 in your truck" the owner. I put $3 in the tip jar and knew he could see it on the camera, so I asked for my tip back. I did receive my tip be back but it goes to show as another example of not being a valued customer because my $5 should have been refunded. Lesson learned. read more

I am not sure why these other reviews are bad, but I have never ever drove off feeling displeased with the quality of wash for the money I have paid. I think the other reviews where based off of the old management. My husband, sister and myself get our cars cleaned and detailed at this car wash. We never drive off and leave disappointed. I have sat in the line for 45 minutes just to get my car wash here because of the quality. It's unfortunate that their business has grown faster then their expansion due to the overwhelming demand of their work. Our family resides in the area where there are more then 5 car washes with in a 1 mile radiance, however the quality of the work along with the price are unbeatable. The professionalism and quality control are by far the best and that is probably the reason I sit for 45 minutes to get a car wash. This establishment is a must try but just be patient with the time spent waiting and you will be more then happy with the outcome of how great your car looks! read more

My car has under 2000 miles and was not damaged prior to getting a carwash. I now have one dent on my driver's side front fender and one on my driver's rear fender. The owner said it wasn't their fault and refused to review video footage. He became hostile and started yelling at me. I would not use this place ever! They should be ashamed of themselves. I contacted the county police and was advised that this happens a lot there. Due to it being a civil manner there was nothing that they could do. I've had my car washed here twice and they've done a great job in an efficient manner both times! The people who work here are always kind and do a good job. The prices are reasonable too. I think they range from like $8 for a simple wash up to like $40 for a car wash, vacuuming inside, hand wax, rain guard, etc. I really like this place and would recommend it! Looking for a good detail car wash these days is challenging at best. Pearl is a car wash that lacks consistency. What I mean is sometimes they do a good job and sometimes they don't. I've taken my car there a few times and each time they seem to forget to dry the top of my SUV, while missing to dry two of the inside windows. I must say they do pay attention to the tires and rims because they're always clean and with tire shine. Overall they complete and do a fair job. Service was horrible from start to finish. They advertised certain things on their menu but it' was never done. For example. 4 mats washed is their claim. Only one got cleaned and the others were sprayed. On the back end I waited for almost 30 mins. My car was completely dried and I had to point it out to them they never got to my vehicle while 5 others were taken care of after my vehicle came out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This was my first time presenting to this car wash. I paid for the deluxe wax wash for my car. After I drove off I noticed that the cup consoles had not been cleaned and the shift lock release cover was missing. I turned around and drove back to the car wash and asked to speak to the manager. The manager comes with me to the car and I show him that the shift lock release cover was missing. I pointed out the two workers that cleaned the inside of my car. The workers come over and first stated they knew nothing about the missing piece and then stated the piece was missing when the car came to them for interior cleaning (which one is it????) The manager goes and gets the owner and I show the owner that the cover was missing. While the owner starts looking under my mats to see if he can find the missing cover the manager asks "how long has it been since you got your car washed?" I said, "I just left" and showed him the time stamp on my receipt. Then he says " well just put some black tape over it!!" (My gear console is silver!!!!) Then he asks me " Is the piece really missing?" I said "excuse me?" Then he says, "Was the piece really there?" I said, "wow, you think I turned all the way around and came back here to make this up?" The owner then comes over and says " well it's only like a $2 or $3 part and it was probably vacuumed up at the front!" Then the manager says, "what do you want a refund or something?" How disrespectful!! How about saying something to the customer when you mess up and not hoping the customer will drive off and not notice anything!!!! I said, "NO, but you will read about this experience on google and Yelp!!!" CONCLUSION- wash your car here at your own risk, because even when the management acknowledges an error they treat you like it's your fault!!! Today's date is Tuesday April 10th 2018 I purchased the $25 interior and exterior wash it was anjob/experience ok. I'm very big on the cleanliness of the interior of my car and they didn't really do a good job on that once I got into my car it was still very dusty and a lot of spots were missed on the doors and the cup holders. And when the person called me to let me know my car was finished it actually wasn't finished they were still wiping the inside of my car and I had to ask for the rag so I could do the spots that they messed the outside of my car looked fine read more

Very disappointing to say the very least!! I won't be back!! For $35 dollars I expect my cupholders, dashboard, and console to be cleaned without me having to ask! You can still see the fingerprints on my buttons, dust on my dash, and debris in my cupholders! My rubber car mats were still dirty after being "washed". My interior is leather so while you don't have to vacuum my seats a wipe down would be nice.....had to ask them to do that too! I was hoping to like this place despite the three stars since it isn't far from my house....NOT the case! I could have done a better job for way less money myself! I paid for the best package, got in my car afterwards and a big ole splotch on my leather passenger seat was still there. I was like, they had to have tried scrubbing it and it wouldn't come off because how would they just leave something like that that they could easily wipe off? I got home, grabbed a clorox wipe and it came off in two seconds. They didn't even try. Vacuuming was so-so, lots of fuzz left behind from whatever towels they used, mats were great. The outside looked amazing but the inside was not super impressive. Probably wouldn't pay that much to have my car cleaned to those standards again, but if you're just concerned with the outside of your car I'd recommend them. read more

Always close early you have state and federal workers that get off between 4:30 and 5 pm that wants there car washed keep in mind 695 is jammed up at that time Also. Workers have some the dumb ass responses to why they close so early regardless if it's cold or hot at least stay open till 6pm and your workers always want people to join VIP. read more

This is the worst car wash I ever been to. I paid for the most expensive package 35 dollars for a HALF JOB. There were crumbs in the backseat, trash in the side panels, the center consol was not wiped down, no one wipe down the side panels and they did not clean the windshield. I drove my car back around for them to fix the problem. I asked to speak to the supervisor his attitude was "whatever the problem is we will just fix it and that IT HAPPENS, people miss stuff". No apology just lame excuses. If you know your workers are doing a bad job it's your job to tell them to improve their performance. I PAID 35 dollars to TEACH THEM how to properly clean my car. What's the point of me paying you if I have to micromanage you to do a good job. read more

Had much better service when the Asian guys were cleaning the cars here. The quality is not so great anymore. The prices are decent and the service is fast, but the prices and wait time were the same before as well. Now, the vacuuming is fair and could be better. Average car wash and okay job for the cost I guess. This is a great local business to support. I purchased the Gold package today which is their top package for only $25 and my car looks new again. I especially want to recognize my detailer, Michael. As I shared with him; I've never had anyone detail my car so well. He even opened the trunk and wiped down the edges, and hand-wiped my wheel rims.
