My daughter and I recently bought a rental home together. I needed some rooms cleaned so my newborn daughter, who was being released from the Neonatal intensive care unit, could come to a clean house. So I called George up at 7:15 pm and told him the situation. He said he could set me up for noon the next day with the 90$ 3 room special. The guys showed up 45 min early because they had another job down the street. Awesome. They probably started at 1130 and were done by noon. I opted to get an area rug done for an extra 10 bucks. My mind is now at ease. I wish I had before pictures, but I have a 3 year old and shes messy. Good service, good prices, wish I could give more stars. read more

George was quick getting back to me with an estimate when I emailed (about three hours on a weekend which is reasonable). I described the space in rough square footage. His quote was about $40 lower than others listed on the top ten on Yelp for this area. I even asked for a small discount and he agreed. The day of the cleaning, his team arrived about 10 minutes early and started setting up. They were done in about 20 minutes! I lived in a second floor, small one bedroom apartment with a walk in closet and a small coat closet. They were polite and professional and in and out of there. When my apartment building had an issue with me cleaning the carpet before I moved out (not anyone's fault but mine) they willingly came out to inspect the carpet again to make sure it didn't need touch ups. Called Best at about 8 30 yesterday. They said no problem to get my carpet cleaned same day. They showed up just after 1 00. One Guy pre treated the carpet with some strong smelling soap while the other guy set up the hoses and warmed the machine up. They started out upstairs and worked their way down stairs ( and the steps themselves look great!) Finished up downstairs and took maybe ten minutes to pack up the van with all the equipment. I will use them again. Pricewise, I paid about $125 for three rooms and 13 steps. Sounds reasonable to me. read more

The first time which was in April of this year, they did a great job of cleaning all our carpeted rooms. My husband was home and told them to clean the carpets well. And they did a good job. Because they had done a good job the first time, we decided to use them again last week. They did a horrible job cleaning our carpets! We asked them the first time to move our furniture and clean beneath it, and we helped them move the furniture. This time, we only asked them to clean the traffic areas. They charged us $10.00 less than they did the first time. We will never use them again!! We will ask them to refund our money, but if they refuse, this review will stand. I have just learned that they did not offer a refund. So this review will stand. And I definitely do not recommend them to anyone! read more

I explained what I needed and gave him an idea as to how many and what size rooms were to be cleaned. I got an appointment for the very next day. At about 10:15 (my appointment was for 10:30), George called l to let me know he and Juan were running a little behind. I really appreciated that call. Once they arrived, Juan walked me thru my house and told me what he would be doing and what to expect when the job was done. We had some pet stains and odor in our carpet and Best Carpet did a very thorough job in cleaning it. The carpet looks as good as when we first moved into the apartment! Let me just start by saying I LOVE THEM!! I called them Monday morning at 8:45am to see if they had a same day appt because my dog decided to have a couple accidents. The owners of the company told me if I texted him the address he could get someone out around 11. I needed this appt bad because of the smell. A guy was at my house by 11:30 and done and out by 1215.
