Instructor was on the phone the whole time, told her about what exits to take too late and almost made her cause several accidents, told her that she was slow several times. took months (2-3) to schedule an appointment. when she arrived to the appointment she was told to wait in the waiting room, she waited until 20 minutes after her appointment time, when the instructor came to get her he had an attitude and snapped at her that "he was waiting downstairs for 20 minutes". At the end of the drive she tried to go back upstairs to wait for me and she said that he yelled at her "where do you think you're going" and she had to basically ask his permission to start walking.

I called on 2/17 and they charged my card 83$ which is the 80$ lesson plus a transaction fee. I told them I only had a few days before my test so I wanted a lesson before hand. The front desk lady and the driver said they called six times each. However, they did not leave one voice message after 12 calls. I live near a forest on a corner street. Sometimes my signal is bad. I think as a professional driving school that I already paid for, the least they could've done is left a message so I could be able to return it. I don't have 12 missed calls in my phone log. I asked for a refund and they are asking for my card information again. I don't know where it is. Now I have to call my bank to dispute the transaction because I was charged for services I did not receive. The driver called me after I talked to the front desk lady and he was pretty nice but it still does not excuse the level of unprofessionalism I experienced here.

However I must say that Greg's was receptive to out complaints & worked hard to make sure we were made whole & satisfied. We would wholeheartedly recommend Gregs. They really helped with the finer points of the kids learning how to drive.

Glory to God & all thanks to Kelly the coolest best beautiful driving coach ever...she's a very helpful angel. She went above and beyond by taking the time to take me, to the dmv testing site so i could have a good sense of how the driving test is like so I know how it's done.
