First and foremost, the company isn't afraid to send their drivers down an alley. Many of the metro companies and drivers won't, which is bizarre given the layout of older communities. This B.C.D. Trash truck just dropped a whole bag of trash in the street outside of my work. My co-worker and I heard a bunch of glass break so we ran to the door to see what happened and we saw this bag, food and glass all over the street. We have customers park where this happened. Prepare to be dissapointed. ZERO INTEGRITY. I absolutely regret patronizing this family owned business. I try to support Colorado owned, locally owned, and family owned businesses. Best Cleaner Disposal makes me wholly regret that choice. On Thursday August 29th BCD left my trash cans in the middle of my cul-de-sac. Inconveniencing all of my neighbors in such a way that when they pulled out of their driveways, they had to maneuver around these two big trash cans in the middle of the cul de sac. When I reached out to Best Cleaner Disposal, I was unable to contact anyone directly. EVERY time I try to reach someone with the company I cannot. Consequently, I had to drive from Westminster, all the way up to their storefront office in Brighton, in order to speak to someone directly. I told the receptionist why I was there. After waiting twenty minutes in a musty, dark, dilapidated front room, with dirty gross carpet and ripped off baseboards. I was met by Marixsa Vazquez who stated she was the office manager. I told Marixsa what the issue was and showed her pictuees. She made excuses about their ongoing phone problems, and said she would let the route manager know about the problem with our trash service. I asked for a direct point of contact and phone number. She offered me BCD's email address on their website. I asked again and Marixsa gave me her direct number. I then asked for either an adjustment to my bill or a letter of apology for their poor service. She opted for the letter of apology and said it would be mailed in the next day or two. Just as Best Service Disposal met the lowest standard of service for trash disposal. Marixsa Vazquez met the lowest possible standard of integrity and professionalism when she promised a letter of apology and never delivered. After two weeks and no apology letter, I made a follow-up phone call to inquire about the status of my letter of apology. It went straight to Marixsa's voicemail. I left a meessage and she never returned my call. In my opion. Zero response by this family owned business = ZERO CARE and ZERO CONCERN for customers. Because they are a family owned businesses. I'm now left with the sad options of either calling Marixsa's husband / boss. Or calling her father-in-law / owner. Basically, no one is interested in acting on the customers behalf. What they care about is family comfort, laziness, and complacency. This is when dealing with family owned businesses begins to really suck for the customer. Marixsa - show some integrity. We have had them for a little under a year. At first- no issues. A forgotten pick up a few times. But several weeks ago, they said we had recycling out the wrong day, so we put it out the following week. Still didn't get picked up. So we switched back and it got picked up. However, the week before last they forgot trash. I called left a message no call back. I have my husband call, they answer- they said it wasn't out. We said it's on camera. We can show you it was out- they came and got it on Friday. But I'm 99 percent sure it was thrown in the wrong truck. Today, no trash pickup. I call and leave a message. No call back. Husband calls, they answer. Said the trash came by at 7:05 and it wasn't out. Wrong- it's on camera and my husband was out at 6:45-7:15 working on my car and no truck came by. LIE. So she said tbeh have to be at least three feet apart. They are, they're on opposite sides of the driveway where they've always been. BCD is a joke! My two week old recycling is sitting on my curb. Apparently this week is an A week and not our recycling week except last week was our recycling week but our recycling was not picked. Speaking to their useless customer service is also a joke. They don't care! They refuse to credit me for storing the recycling they were supposed to pick up. They are not apologetic at all and do not offer any explanation for their negligence. They also don't keep records over a week so if you're having consistent issues they claim they don't keep track. How convenient. Also if your trash and recycling isn't picked up, you're supposed to call them in a specific time frame or they can't help you. How about you just do the job that I pay you for? Don't waste your time with BCD, because you will not be happy. I signed up for a 3 yard container on 5/18/23 and have been given three different delivery dates, because they are so busy and backed up. Now they tell me it should be delivered on 6/10, which is probably just another lie. If they can't deliver my container, then I doubt they will pick up the trash either. I requested that my account be closed and refund issued, which is the only thing they did on time. Some people just shouldn't be in business. I have never really experienced any serious issues with BSD. Yes, sanitation workers are out very early in the morning, for good reason... avoiding morning work traffic. Two years ago I needed to change trash service. I used Waste Management for many years but their price was ridiculous. When they couldn't fix an office error after 3 phone calls. I started shopping around. They ALL had such terrible reviews. I settled on Best Cleaner Disposal and have been completely satisfied with their service. The price was less than half of what I was paying. After one year there was a small increase, but they are still less than half. For about 4 years this has been a great service. However, I spaced paying my quarterly bill last month, and today garbage is still on the sidewalk. First, I understand that I need to pay the bill. So I understand they didn't pick it up. I will say though, this was the first time in 3 years to be late. When I told the "supervisor" I hadn't received any reminders by phone or mail, they said we tried to call but the number isn't in service. Well we changed numbers a couple of years ago, that's how often we had voice communications. I said I received no mail notifications, no response. All the "supervisor" could say was I need the check number, which I don't have because I paid it through the bank and although it is processed, as of today, the check number isn't available. When I said okay, I'll cancel the service, the "supervisor" said okay. She obviously doesn't care if they keep the business or not. When I asked to speak to a manager, predictably, none were available. When I asked if she were the manager, she said she was the supervisor, which, honestly, I don't believe. So, I will wait until tomorrow so I see the check number. They will come out on Wednesday, hopefully, then I will call and cancel service and get 2/3's of my payment back. As I said, I understand that this was my fault. And in fairness to the guys who pick up the trash, they are great. But this "supervisor" could not have cared less about my business, nor could she have been less helpful. She could have delivered the same message in a way that was more respectful and I would have understood and been fine. This might be the most inept company I have ever dealt with. We ordered recycling and trash service from them about 7 weeks ago. Recycling is scheduled for every other week and they have not picked up on the scheduled day a single time. We called them a total of three additional times, before finally getting told that if we can't supply an itemized list of everything that has to be taken, they won't take anything. Edit: BCD picks up recycling now! It's just a small additional charge, and they pick up right from my curb every two weeks. I love it. Also, their website has improved with lots more information about what they pick up, service delays, and any other basic information. Original review: I use this service, and they are reliable and affordable. Unlike a certain major trash disposal service in the state, BCD will pick up five cans without charging you extra. They will even haul away appliances and other large items (for an extra charge). I rent a large trash can from them and pay $15 a month for can and service. It's a great deal! I just wish they'd pick up recycling, too. I'm kind of tired of filling up my trunk and taking the bottles to the recycling center. read more

When I called in to inquire about the situation I was told our trash was not outside at 6 pm the day before when it should have been. That is not correct, as our trash has now been outside for over 24 hours and hasn't been picked up. The error is clearly on their end and so I asked when the trash would be picked up. The representative was not very friendly and told me that IF she was able to reschedule they MAY come on Thursday. I called, was told new driver missed it this morning, but will pick up by end of day. That didn't happen. Called the next morning, was told Sorry about that, we'll definitely pick up tommorow. Didn't happen. Emailed (3rd email to them) and called, was told Sorry, we'll pick up on your regular day. I absolutely insisted on a discount on my next bill, and had to fight for the discount, even though mistake was theirs. LONG, LONG hold waits on phone (if they answer at all), don't reply to emails, and young women on phone keep saying Sorry like they don't mean it.
