We have used BCD (Best Cleaner Disposal) for at least 4 years. We use them at our rental and our main residence. We have had excellent service. The guys are friendly (at our personal residence). Don't know about our rental but I never hear complaints, so that is good. The trash and recycling receptacles are always put up into our yard. If something is spilled out of the can, they pick it up instead of leaving it for me to clean up. So far they have done a wonderful job and I was very happy that the city of Westminster did not win out and take over all the trash pick up in our area. We may have a lot of trucks going thru here but better than running small businesses out. Love these guys.. read more

Our son past away in August 2020. When we got to Denver and started going through his paper work I found a bill for trash removal that was past due. I called Best Cleaner and they told me his account was still active. I quickly paid that bill and two weeks later paid a second bill for another $25.00. A week later I received a bill from a different disposal company. I called them immediately and found out they were the company picking up my sons trash for the entire time Best Cleaner Disposal was billing for the same service. I have called and written Best Cleaner Disposal to no avail. The other trash company sent me all the invoices showing what was billed and paid by my son for their trash pick up, which I sent copies to Best Cleaner Disposal. They have refused to send me a refund for all I paid. Losing my son and dealing with all the paper work, this is the only dishonest company I have had to deal with. WORST trash company EVER!! These guys not only are rude but they suck at their job. This isn't the first time I've had problems here but yesterday crossed the line!! These assholes spilled my trash in the middle of the street - several large 3 inch pieces of glass left in the middle of the street - LAZY. I called to complain - of course there was no supervisor to speak with but was promised a return phone call - that never happened. The girl that answered the phone must have sent the trash truck back to my house to clean the mess that I already swept up - but upon arrival the truck driver gives ME attitude. This company is crap. My S/O and/or myself make sure the trash is out the night before because I don't want to be up before 6am to put it out as I'm sure many people do. As adults, it's something of a routine we've become accustomed to haha. In the time I've lived at my current residence, trash has only been picked up once. When I call to get this figured out, I'm being blamed by being told I must not have had my trash set out because the driver went by at 8 or 9 am. The woman who answers the phone is allowed to treat long time customers like garbage. She has an attitude of a childish teenager, I could hear her chicken necking over the phone. She refused to give me her name and when I asked her to spell it, she mumbled all of the letters and spoke so fast as to make it impossible for me to hear "Itezete" was the best I could hear. When I asked to speak to her manager, she hung up on me. I cancelled my account with this company in May. They bill 3 months out, so we were paid up until June 30th. I didn't argue any sort of credit for the time I would not use their service (the entire month of JUNE). They sent a bill in July. I called to again cancel. She tried to act like I needed to pay the bill, since it wasn't cancelled right the 1st time and they were still sending trucks to my old address. I refused to pay any moneys and she said she would "look into it". I again stated I would not pay any money for July due to their error in not cancelling the account. Aug 7 2018 She calls again and leaves a message stating she was giving me a "courtesy call" to inform me of a past due amount on my account. I again call to cancel. She again tries to act like I need to just pay this bill, which they have now assessed a late fee on as well, nice huh? I contact trashbilling.com , which is the 3rd party billing provider they use to inform them the account has been cancelled and would you believe, BCD has it active? We were customers of theirs for almost 10 years. We only had to call them a handful of times. They liked to act like our bags of weeds from the yard were bags of dirt, which they don't dispose of. The manager would have to come to our home, we would open the bags and he would take them. A few times they skipped our home but we would call and they would come. I've even called to thank them on occasion for taking stuff we weren't sure if they would and for leaving us a note when we had sticks with a sign that said "free firewood" to inform us if we tied it up, they would take it. Things we were grateful for. They weren't perfect, but for the most part, the men on the truck seemed to do the best they could. This woman they have as the front face of the company when you call, she's nasty and unprofessional. If I called as a new customer and got her prideful, egotistical, snatchy attitude we would have never went with them. Behavior like hers, allowed to fester in a company is toxic. We were happy to try to support the "little guy" when we moved to the neighborhood, but now..... I'd pay more just to not be treated like garbage when I called. Do yourself a favor. We had a snow storm, therefore they didn't pick up the trash that week. Understand not picking up the trash if there's a snowstorm, but when I called them they would not credit me for the week even though they could not come and pick it up. I asked him how come and they said because it is based on monthly service and not weekly service. I complained to them, 3 years ago that they would send a bill out for that month one day before they would charge a $5 additional fee if not paid by that date. I would give them ZERO stars if it would let me. I have had service with them for 3 years. Everything was fine until a few weeks ago! My pick up day is Wednesday so we always put the trash out Tuesday night. For some reason my trash didn't get picked up, when it was out in the same place that it always is. I talked with my neighbors and there trash got picked up. So I call the office to ask what happened and why my trash didn't get picked up. They put me on hold for 5 minutes and told me that she called the driver for my area and he told her that my trash wasn't out, and that he even went back later and it still wasn't out. This is bull**** because it was out the night before. I told her that and asked to speak to a manager. I was told he was going to be out for a week and he will give me a call back. Waited the week to give the a chance and called THEM back because I never received a call. AGAIN no manager is in the office and was told that he contacts people back in the order that he receives calls, and that he will be in the office in the afternoon and call me back. NEVER received a call back AGAIN!!!! So I called back to cancel my service and was asked why I was cancelling and told them because you customer services sucks!! I don't understand how a manager is NEVER available to talk to customers. And she just said OK. Is there any thing we can do for you not to cancel, I said nope I just told you your customer services sucks. Then she started to give me attitude when I asked her to make sure and cancel my credit card so I don't get charged. With her attitude she told me it's already cancelled and hung up on me!! This company does NOT care about there customers and then want to give you attitude when you cancel there crappy service!!! Yes they are cheap but you get what you pay for!!! I will spend the extra money to have better customer service and go with a company that actually cares about there customers!! Worst trash company ever! They don't even empty all the trash out of the can....what am I paying for?????? I have called multiple times to ask about why they can't seem to empty all the trash from my cans and they said they wouldn't come back to empty them till the following week and in the future they would make sure they empty the cans (but they don't) and no refunds would be given. After being told I had to pay $3 to get my account number I decided to change services. My bill was due January 1st. On January 2 I called and canceled my service. I then received a call on January 29th regarding my "overdue Bill". I explained I had cancelled the service and was told I had to pay $25 regardless of that. I continue to get bills even though I discontinued their services. We are now up to $166. I find it interesting that other people report their trash was not picked up and BCD terminated their services and I can't get rid of them! Then when I called to cancel they fought me on refunding me for the month left on my contract and claimed they could not do more. BCD has been awesome with our garbage pick-up. Some dog or an animal has thrown over a trash can without our knowledge and they have been nice enough to pick up it all up. My husband gives them bottles of water especially during the summer when it's so hot outside. They appreciate this. I am giving them a great review because they deserve it...... read more

I have had this service for several years and I have not had anything but disappointments . chance and chance again with this company offer them many opportunities to improve their service and I get nowhere. Nobody is organized in this company and nobody can stick to a story on how their company actually works and what their schedules are. I would definitely not recommend this service and I would not even keep it if I hadn't already paid in advance. Several times I have caught on my surveillance camera the trash man taking my recycle bin and put it in the trash as I pay for recycling service it seems to not really even matter to this company. Not very happy and customer service there is very very unpredictable when it comes to being knowledgeable about this company they have no knowledge on how to run a company. They always place our trash cans back into the driveway so they are out of the way of cars and on windy days they even put them back next to our house so they don't fly away! They are always friendly and professional and go that extra mile for great customer service. I have had nothing but great service from them. read more

I have been using this service for a year and half, and I love it. Their fees for trash and recycling are lower than other companies charge for just trash pickup. They also send out a calendar for recycling pickup so you can remember which week it's being picked up (every other week pickup schedule). It is also very easy to get big items picked up at a pretty small extra charge per item. read more

We have had their service since Jan. 2013 and I have to say they have been great. People are quick to complain but I need to say that our pickup guys have been outstanding, never a missed pickup also this Monday they went above and beyond when I was running late for work and noticed that something had gotten into our trash. I figured I when I got home I would have cleanup to do and felt bad that I had to leave it. I came home to a wonderful surprise see that my wonderful pickup guys had cleaned it up for me. If i could give this company zero stars I would. By far the worst customer service i've ever experienced. We've used BCD for trash service for several years now. Earlier this year, I watched as they threw my recycle bin into their trash truck and drove off. I called to let them know, and was told that it must have been someone else and there was nothing that could be done. I told her I saw the truck with their logo, and she was very defensive and told me I was wrong. I've also seen them throw my recycle with the regular trash on multiple occasions. After a few more months of service, I decided to switch companies. I called to cancel service and was told that someone would call me back with a cancelation number. I never received a call. When I received another bill from them, I called again to explain that I had already cancelled my service. She asked what my cancellation number was, I explained that no one ever followed up to give me the number. She told me there's no way that was true, and there was nothing they could do without my cancellation number. I told her I wanted her to cancel my service right away and she said she'd be happy to, but I owe my current bill. I left a message with the manager, no call back. I've called back several times and just now got ahold of the manager, Oscar. I explained to him the situation, and he told him that is not how they do business, so it was hard for him to believe me. I said I would not be paying any more bills from them, and he said 'that's fine, you obviously need the money more than we do'. Seriously, save yourself the headache. read more

BCD is the worst trash removal service. My son put my trash out Friday afternoon and was left on the street in front of my home overnight due to a late trash pickup on Saturday from Christmas holiday. Sat. I saw the trash company come by and missed my trash. They picked up my neighbors trash. I called and I was told they would come back and pickup the trash. They didn't. I called the company the following Monday and was told trash was picked up at 7:45 am and my barrel wasn't out front. The men took a snap shot of my home to show no trash barrel. I demanded to see the picture and they can't produce it because their policy is with snap shot pics and they have no evidence. They refused to credit my account because they need to pickup 2 weeks worth of trash the following week. I told them my Son will take my trash elsewhere and they will only have one week worth of trash. They told me I can't do that. Their policy doesn't allow it. Really???!!!! They refused any credit, yet had no proof to their claim my trash was not out. They refuse to accept my eyes watching their truck pass my home and NOT pickup. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF BCD FAILS TO PICK UP YOUR TRASH, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL $25. I have used BCD's service for about 10 months. Over those months they failed to pick up our trash several times. When I called to let them know our trash wasn't picked up, the very unprofessional Bianca let me know that I was mistaken when I told her that my garbage was indeed out the night before. They said they would not pick it up without a $25 fee. Again, last week, our trash was not picked up. I called 12 times and was put on hold each time without being answered again. Finally, on Tuesday after 2pm Bianca answered. I simply wanted our trash retrieved. She first said that I canceled my own service. Then she said she canceled our service for non-payment. Than she said the last payment they received from me was 2 weeks ago. (So, why would it be canceled if you did infact receive payment 2 weeks ago?) Further, she's called me liar. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said no. Several days later, I received a call from her supervisor, Oscar. He said he was responding to the complaint that I email. After a short discussion, he said that he just can't believe that Bianca would be so rude. And he wanted me to gather all the names of people who have complained about Bianca in our neighborhood so that he could speak to them. He wanted to hear it from others "and then maybe I'll believe it." Ridiculous! Apparently my complaint wasn't poignant enough to change the customer service at BCD. They missed picking up my trash last week so I requested that they refund one week back on my credit card as I prepaid for the last quarter of the year. I was told that since they picked up this week, they couldn't credit my account for missing last week. WHAT?? After nearly 30 minutes of discussion, I was told that because I ended up bringing my trash to work and throwing it away here (because they never came last week), they might be able to credit my account if MY BOSS wrote them a letter saying I threw out my trash here. WHAT?? The service on the phone was some of the worst customer service I've had in years. Then, when I told them to cancel my account as I was going elsewhere, I was told that I would be charged an additional $25 since it wouldn't be a quarterly billing, but rather a monthly billing for the two months in the quarter I already received service. WHAT?? This is so much run around when in two minutes, they could have credited my account, had a happy customer and been done with it. Instead, they argued with me, put me on hold repeatedly (without saying they were going to put me on hold, just basically hanging up on me over and over) and now say they will bill me if I try to cancel. Now I will not only be cancelling my service (good luck collecting any more money from me) but will also give them a negative review to anyone who will listen.
