She is very friendly, helpful, and so quick to get your laundry back to you should you drop it off to be cleaned and folded. The machines here are in great condition with multiple sizes to choose from. As with everything in this world, the cost of doing laundry is high, but I managed to do a load for about $7. I didn't have time run the dryer twice like I have at other places. My clothes came out fresh and clean. There are books and chairs to pass the time. I felt pretty safe here even after dark. All in all, this is a pretty decent laundromat. It's clean, well-lit, and efficient for doing laundry.

She was very friendly and made sure she had my info right and assured me it would be ready in time for the event. Got them back this morning and they look like brand new shirts! She even put a plasty thingy on the collar and folded the sleeves nicely with a clip to hold them in place. Was painless and easy and will go to them again the next time. Hope this helps.

However, when she began removing her clothes, my belongings started falling out with hers, proving that my items had been left in the machine. Rather than admitting her mistake or apologizing, she responded with a rude, disrespectful, and confrontational attitude. Employees should not be removing customers' belongings without permission, and they should certainly not be dishonest or disrespectful when confronted about it. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure no other customer is treated this way.

She asked what she could do to make it right. I could tell she really cares about her business and customers, as well as the quality of work they produce. I explained that there wasn't much because of how altered they both were but instead, to make sure her parents fully understood what the customer was wanting and not to be afraid to say no if they couldn't actually do it. She agreed and again, couldn't have been more apologetic. This was a learning lesson for both parties and I know how to move forward. In the beginning, she asked if she could give me a refund. I declined at first because I wasn't seeking one but instead, was really hoping something could be done about my clothes. After a few phone calls, I decided I'd go ahead and take it. Prior to this, It had been a while since I've brought something to them but because this was handled so professionally, I'll continue using them but for dry cleaning only. The dress was pretty clean but the bottom was pretty dirty from our outdoor wedding. Their service was excellent. They got it cleaned and packaged up in box within two weeks of dropping it off there. The communication they provided was excellent. They even sent a text message when the dress was ready for pickup. The quality of work was well worth the cost. The dress cleaning and preservation was $260 then they offered two size boxes. The medium box was $80 and the large box was $100. My wife's dress luckily fit into a medium box so I walked away with an out the door price of $360. I was not aware until I picked it up that the box I purchased came with a window so that you could still see the dress while keeping it packaged up and looking nice! I would highly recommend this place for all your dry cleaning needs and especially if you're looking to have your wedding dress preserved. My rating : BEST

They even once called me to tell me they were running a little behind but would have it ready as promised. I thought that was great customer service. However I have a hard time justifying the prices they charge. They are almost 40% more than the competition which is why I don't use them as often. If they dropped their prices, to be in line with the competition, I would easily use them every time.
