She was very friendly and made sure she had my info right and assured me it would be ready in time for the event. Got them back this morning and they look like brand new shirts! The employee removed some of my belongings from the washer before my load was finished so she could wash her own items. She then denied touching my laundry and claimed the washer was empty. However, when she began removing her clothes, my belongings started falling out with hers, proving that my items had been left in the machine. Rather than admitting her mistake or apologizing, she responded with a rude, disrespectful, and confrontational attitude. Employees should not be removing customers' belongings without permission, and they should certainly not be dishonest or disrespectful when confronted about it. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure no other customer is treated this way.

In addition to the loss of my shirts, I have encountered several instances of unreliability and inconsistency with the business hours, causing further inconvenience. He said he was only there because of a wedding and we would have to wait for his employee who was running late. Employee finally showed up and said she had a flat tire on the way. The pants were not ready. Asked to have them returned but was told they had been sent offsite. Asked for estimate of when they would be ready. I was told, "I don't know." They said just wait for us to call you. I called them on June 13 because had not heard from them yet. They said they had one pair of pants. I told them there were two pair of pants. They didn't know where the other pair were. They would call me back. They finally contacted me on June 16 to say they had located both pair of pants. I picked them up on June 17 and found that the cost was $18 for each pair of pants for a total of $36. The only reason I'm not giving them just one star is because they did actually get the alteration on the pants correct. I won't be using them again. Too costly. Not reliable. Not friendly.
