If your looking to get your clothes dry cleaned or pressed the same day this is the place! They also offer alteration services and the lady is absolutely amazing and so nice. They are not pricey I believe dress pants alterations are only $10 and that's a bargain now a days specially for the quality service she does. They have a drive thru and you can drop off and pick up the same day. Depending on the time tho. The lady's in the front desk are really nice and professional, you get greeted as you enter and the place is clean and has a welcoming feeling. I have been a customer for about 5 years at minimum. Staff was always very nice and the prices were reasonable until this past week. I dropped of 8 pieces for alterations and 2 blazers to be dry cleaned. I returned 1 week later and a lady whom I've never seen before brings the blazers to the window and states my total is $19.07. I had my ticket in my hand it price was just above $18 dollars, okay no biggie at the time - just a few cents off. My alternations were not ready, so I had to return on Tuesday. Tuesday, June 15th I returned to pick up my alterations and my daughter's. I had my ticket in hand with a total price of $153 for my stuff. The guy rings me up at $190. I asked why was I paying $190 and he stated that "it was the price". That's not a reason, because the price is on the ticket I was given when I dropped everything off. Questioned him again and he stated oh they still have you dry cleaning included, I'll refund you $18. She charged me $19.07 on Saturday for the blazers and my alteration ticket CLEARLY states $153, so I am still being over charged $20. At this point I'm exhausted from traffic and work I want to go home and I wasn't willing to leave my items. Now, I give them my daughters number for her items and she jumped from $86 to $114 in price. As soon as I got home, I tried everything on and two of the dresses are ruined. The alteration lady just made a LAZY seam across the middle both of my sleeves that previously did not have seams in them. She pulled my green dress forward to take the shoulders up, now the zipper meets the bend of my neck. Just horrible work. I called them complained and was told to bring the dresses back. I asked if the place was under new ownership and the guy stated it was. After thinking things over, I'm not taking the dresses back - I will just NEVER go back. The new owners should have honored the prices on the clothes when they took over. They can do whatever they after that but to change prices after the service was completed under the previous owner is bad business. I would not come back. I dropped off my coat at 9:30AM and it was expected to be done by 3PM the following day. That didn't happened. After calling multiple times to confirm, my coat was not ready when I arrived at 3:30PM. The front lady said it was now being washed and told me to come back at 5PM. This normally wouldn't bother me but I had a busy day and was told multiple times over the phone my one coat would be ready. read more

Do not get your clothes dry cleaned here! I dropped off a Michael Kors jacket with them. As you can see when my jacket was returned they completely broke my zipper. I took it back up there calmly and requested it be fixed. The rude attendant Andrea advised the only thing they could do was throw a plastic cheap zipper on my coat. I paid over $200 for my coat and that completely compromised the look, so to me that is unacceptable!! I was never offered any other options. She also said it would take a week to put the zipper on and slammed the window in my face. I got my coat back and went to an alteration business and he pretty much said the coat was worthless and it could not be fixed from anyone!! As much money as my family has given to this cleaners, I am disgusted with them. Do yourself a favor, go to Comet or anywhere besides this place. You should NOT treat people the way they have. Rude Staff. Unprofessional. I've been a Customer for last 6 months weekly. This places Double charged me for alterations and cleaning twice without me noticing. Spent almost 200$ to him and taper about 6 pairs of pants. First time in. They Didn't have them done when projected (5 days) Took a week longer. Got my pants back 2 pairs were not even altered and another pair had only one pant leg altered. One leg was over an inch longer. They charged me 20$ again just to him the same pants. The the drive through attendant admitted they messed up the first alteration. But had no choice to charge me to fix their mistake. Out of 20 drop offs and hundreds and hundreds spent here. I've never once got my clothes back in the projected time 3+ days. 8 shirts and 4 pants takes over a week to clean here. Beware they will charge extra if they can get away with it. And they get ghetto if you bring it up. read more

I have driven past this cleaners many times. The drive up service window is what caught my attention. With the pandemic currently going on, the drive up window looked even more appealing to me. I didn't feel comfortable with going into a business if I didn't absolutely have to. I drove up to the window and, I waited for sometime before two ladies appeared behind the counter. A lady swung open the door and rudely asked" can I help you?" I thought to myself wow not what I expected. I told her that I wanted to have my items cleaned. The lady asked for my first and, last name and then took my clothes. She told me when my items would be ready for pick up. I got home and looked at my receipts. My first and last name were not even close to what I told her, it was obvious that she didn't care. I figured I had better hold on to my receipt since my information was incorrect they might not be able to find me. A couple of days later I went to pick up my husbands clothes. I pulled up to the window like before. I sat there for a really long time and, no one came to say I'll be with you. I then decided to go and, park so that I could go in just to be sure that they were open since no one ever came to the window. I put my mask on and then entered the cleaners. There was a lady assisting a man so I patiently waited until she was done. Then just as the lady was about to assist me another customer drove to the window. The lady behind the counter told me to wait while she assisted the lady who had just driven up to the window. The lady took her time assisting her and while she did I noticed a huge sign hanging on the wall that said 15 percent discount for military. I said oh wow and took my military Id from my purse. The lady came to assist me and she told me my total. I attempted to hand her my Id and my debit card but she said" you don't get a discount because you didn't present it when you dropped of your clothing" I was shocked because I didn't know they even offered a discount until I went into the building. The lady then ran my card. I got my clothes and left. I will never go back here again. read more
