Iron, shirts only, i think i was charged for dry clean. Don't mind the charge, if they did a better job.
    Tammy V.

I have been going for years, even before they changed the management. They charged me more now, which i have never been brave enough to ask. I mean, for iron only, and pay $12 with tax for shirts??? And i don't think they did iron my shirts last time i was there, the sleeves are still wrinkles like just out of the wash, the button line was folding in. I could do a better job ironing myself when I had time.

The burns on just one of many shirts they ruined!!

If your looking to get your clothes dry cleaned or pressed the same day this is the place! They…read morealso offer alteration services and the lady is absolutely amazing and so nice. They are not pricey I believe dress pants alterations are only $10 and that's a bargain now a days specially for the quality service she does. They have a drive thru and you can drop off and pick up the same day. Depending on the time tho. The lady's in the front desk are really nice and professional, you get greeted as you enter and the place is clean and has a welcoming feeling. There's plenty of parking, it's located in the busy intersection corner of Collins and mayfield.

I have been a customer for about 5 years at minimum. Staff was always very nice and the prices were…read morereasonable until this past week. I dropped of 8 pieces for alterations and 2 blazers to be dry cleaned. I returned 1 week later and a lady whom I've never seen before brings the blazers to the window and states my total is $19.07. I had my ticket in my hand it price was just above $18 dollars, okay no biggie at the time - just a few cents off. My alternations were not ready, so I had to return on Tuesday. Tuesday, June 15th I returned to pick up my alterations and my daughter's. I had my ticket in hand with a total price of $153 for my stuff. The guy rings me up at $190. I asked why was I paying $190 and he stated that "it was the price". That's not a reason, because the price is on the ticket I was given when I dropped everything off. Questioned him again and he stated oh they still have you dry cleaning included, I'll refund you $18. She charged me $19.07 on Saturday for the blazers and my alteration ticket CLEARLY states $153, so I am still being over charged $20. At this point I'm exhausted from traffic and work I want to go home and I wasn't willing to leave my items. Now, I give them my daughters number for her items and she jumped from $86 to $114 in price. As soon as I got home, I tried everything on and two of the dresses are ruined. The alteration lady just made a LAZY seam across the middle both of my sleeves that previously did not have seams in them. She pulled my green dress forward to take the shoulders up, now the zipper meets the bend of my neck. Just horrible work. I called them complained and was told to bring the dresses back. I asked if the place was under new ownership and the guy stated it was. After thinking things over, I'm not taking the dresses back - I will just NEVER go back. The new owners should have honored the prices on the clothes when they took over. They can do whatever they after that but to change prices after the service was completed under the previous owner is bad business. Unfortunately BEST CLEANERS, you lost two valuable customers.

I found Discount Cleaners to be efficient and professional. I searched Yelp (duh) and submitted an online quote on 2 separate occasions for sewing repairs for my favorite wool winter coat and little black dress that required many stitching tears. They were prompt and thorough with their responses which was greatly appreciated. I would have moved on, if that wasn't the case. The owner and staff who work here were very pleasant at both drop off and pick up. The turnaround was as stated and my pieces looked as good as new. Pricing was higher than I wished to pay, but the service is so amazing and hassle-free that I'm convinced I honestly got what I paid for. I highly recommend them if they're near you. As long as I'm living around these parts, they'll be my go-to for any special cleanings or repairs.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. I am absolutely disgusted by my experience and would not trust this…read morebusiness to clean anything that touches my body. I specifically drove from Southlake to Irving because the owner, Ahmad Farzana, quoted me $16.99 each to clean four double-lined Pottery Barn curtain panels. Every cleaner nearby wanted over $40 per panel, so I thought I had found a great deal. Instead, I wasted my time, gas, and approximately $75 for curtains that, based on the condition in which they were returned to me, were not cleaned AT ALL. I waited five days, drove all the way back to Irving to pick them up, brought them home, removed the plastic, and was honestly in complete shock. THEY WERE STILL DIRTY, DUSTY, AND COVERED IN PET HAIR (I don't have pets) AND OTHER DEBRIS. Even more disgusting, there were dark human hairs on them that were not mine most likely from laying on their dirty floors. They appeared as though they had simply been pressed, put back on hangers, covered in dry-cleaning plastic, and handed back to me. I immediately called the owner and requested a refund. He insisted that he had personally cleaned them and told me I was welcome to bring them back. Absolutely not. I already drove approximately 40 minutes each way TWICE and went five days without curtains in my living room. Why would I make another 80-minute round trip, wait again, and trust the same business to redo a service when I have no confidence was performed the first time? I then sent the owner photos and videos documenting exactly how the curtains were returned to me. His response was that I should have told him beforehand that there were "stains." I'm sorry--isn't removing dirt and stains literally the purpose of professional cleaning? And these supposed "stains" included a few marks from WASHABLE Crayola marker from my toddler. I sprayed Dawn dish soap on one of the marks at home and it disappeared immediately. (See video). But forget the washable marker for a minute. Explain the dust, dirt, pet hair, human hair and debris that were still on curtains I had just paid a professional cleaner to clean. That is what disgusts me the most. If a business advertises unusually inexpensive dry-cleaning prices, customers should still be able to expect that their belongings are actually being CLEANED. Pressing something, putting it on a hanger and wrapping it in plastic does not make a dirty item clean. I have photos, videos, my receipt and my communications with the owner documenting this entire experience, including the condition in which the curtains were returned. I will be submitting a formal consumer complaint to the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division regarding the service I paid for and the condition in which my belongings were returned. I will also be contacting the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Dry Cleaner Registration Program to verify that this location is properly registered and operating in compliance with Texas requirements applicable to dry-cleaning facilities. BUYER BEWARE. Based on my experience, I would NEVER bring a shirt, dress, bedding, curtains, or anything else here--especially something that touches my skin. If four curtain panels can come back from a professional cleaner still dirty, dusty and covered in unknown hair, I have absolutely no confidence in the cleanliness of anything coming out of this establishment. I drove out of my way because the price seemed like a great deal. It wasn't. Cheap dry cleaning isn't a bargain if your belongings come back dirty. I would gladly have paid the $40+ per panel somewhere else had I known this would be the result. I strongly recommend taking your belongings--and your money--somewhere else.
