My first time there I noticed their prices were a little higher than what I'd been paying at my previous cleaners, and this bugged me, but it was a super convenient location. My two-star-rating isn't a reflection of the higher prices though; it is a reflection of the terrible experience I just had with All Cleaners tailoring. I brought a bridesmaid dress in on Tuesday morning and asked if it would be possible to have it hemmed and steamed by Friday because the wedding was Saturday. The owner said not a problem and took the dress. My ticket pick up time said Friday 4:00 pm. I arrived around 4:30 on Friday, and with a very nonchalant tone, the owner told me the dress wasn't there or ready because the tailor had forgot, and I could pick it up Saturday after 12:00. In a panic I explained that I needed to be at the bride's house at 7:00am for the wedding, so noon wouldn't work, and she then suggested I get the dress at 7:00am the next morning. Clearly that wasn't an option, and I was growing pretty angry, but remained calm and explained there was no way I could do anything other than take the dress home that Friday night. She made a call to the tailor and then told me she'd call me when it was ready; I would get it that night. Right around their closing time, without a call, I started panicking and called them to check on the dress' status, and the person on the other line told me I could come pick up the dress because it's "been ready." Needless to say I was upset, but said nothing when I got there and just paid for the dress and left. The dress was still way too long on Saturday, even though they pinned the hemline that week with my dress shoes on. The owner apologized when everything was said and done, but I will never do business there again.

I finally sucked it up and stopped in. Jeff was kind and his place was immaculate. I dropped my clothes off for the first of many visits about a month ago and have been coming back every week faithfully. The prices are great and he makes my clothes smell like a fresh dew after the morning rain. He even folds my work clothes and hangs up my button-ups. This place is great! Nice little laundromat in Orland Park. I think laundromats are a dying breed...while you used to…read moresee them everywhere, they appear less and less now...maybe a bit more in the city but even less there too. Anyway we liked this one. It seems many people use their own machines for most things but when it come to rugs and heavy items like that, they stream over to the laundromat. Soap and Suds realizes this fact and they have a nice selection of machines to accommodate customers. Soap and Suds has three different sized machines...so you can tailor your wash to the right machine. We brought over some bathroom rugs and used their 30 pound machine and it performed perfectly...handled the heavier rugs with ease. Came out clean and with most of the water spun out. Dryers worked well also. The facility has a few dozen machines and was clean all around. They sell the usual soaps for those that don't come with same. All in all we will be back here the next time we need to use heavy machines. Good place and convenient.

I read some not so good reviews about here. I have to say those are from people who don't like…read moreanything. As this is a top notch cleaners. When I arrived their computer system was down. They had a backup plan and took care of me right away. Service was friendly and professional even with their added stress of their system being down. We mentioned that my shirt had a stain and they acknowledged so quicky as that this type of thing is taken care of automatically. I got a follow-up call the next day and my order was complete on time and with PERFECTION! I love this place and I am a permanent new customer! They did a great job on every level!
