Secondly I don't care if the shirt was from Walmart, if we take it to get dry cleaned without a hole and then get it back and the arm of the shirt is ripped with a huge hole that's beyond repair I'd expect an apology or an offer to fix it AT THE VERY LEAST. This was not done. In fact they blamed my husband. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and will make sure to tell all of our neighbors to never go here. They folded the cloth in and sewed it together. I thought they would be taking cloth out, but I have never had alterations done, so this was an assumption on my end. The work was done when they told me it would be, so I would recommend this place.

The guy kept repeating how he couldn't trust what I was saying like it was a he said/she said between me and the actual company doing the cleaning. 1) Your business is the front facing establishment I am doing business with - this is your responsibility. 2) he sent it back for free, which I was fine with - why the attitude? He made me mad, but it was unnecessary given we had a next step. When I went back to get it, it was almost all out, and he said he would send it back again, but again, it was the attitude. "This is the last time I will send it back for free" like it was my fault it happened - and at that point I'd already made up my mind I wasn't coming back regardless because of how he treats his customers. My husband went to pick up the shirt (it was his) and it was actually all out, but they started telling him how the stain wasn't pointed out the first time and he said that's because it wasn't there when it was brought here. They argued with him saying it was red sauce (no, it wasn't) and then another guy from the back came out swearing at him telling him he was a scam artist. We had arrived at a pretty easy solution, but they upped the tension each time to really piss us off with their attitude. Just be more customer focused!!

They said they tried to call, and maybe they did and it went to spam, but yet they still cleaned it and charged me. One would think that you should not clean it until I could be reached. Either they are responsible for the spots, or they should have waited to see me before cleaning it! From my experience with other cleaners, if they have a question about an item, they don't clean it until we talk. The coat looks fine, but still a very big waste of $45. Never again will I go, or recommend.
