On the flip side though,the staff definitely try to accommodate you as much as possible... For instance, I lost my card, well someone picked it up, and the lady who worked there went as far as to have the owner review the cameras when he came in... Luckily after asking around the guy returned it before having to go through all of that 1st... Overall I do feel safe there, but could there be a few adjustments, by all means... Could be a really good place to go to wash with a little more thought put into it!!!!

It's very large, always clean & the attendant plays great music. But you go there to wash & you're gonna be out of $20 or more. Came in on a Monday & spoke to the seamstress on my suggestion on how short I thought it should be. She had a way of reassuring me that it will be done properly without being condescending. They also offer a 10% discount for paying up front. My dress was ready by Wednesday & was done correctly. Great service all around & highly recommend them.
