They treat customers bad when you try to let them know about a problem you had with a machine. I had a sick literally stuck in the machine, I hat put in my quarters and soap and AS SOON as the machine starting spinning I noticed right away. So I immediately stopped it, bc the machine gives you that option. Open it up push the sock further in and closed it asap. Next thing I see is that it was charging me again! Like how does that even make sense!! So I went and told the women who was working there about it and she got defensive right away started yelling that it wasn't her fault ect. Mind you I asked just to help me, and in a nice tone. I did tell her that a notice had to be out indicating that one machines begin washing you can't open them up. The machine literally give you that option to stop the cycle. My point here is; they don't have to be rude and defensive when CLIENTS need help. They get a good amount of money from the clients for these machines not to be upgraded already!! Its dirty, you'll see dry soap in the machines, you'll see lent all over the floors, and even the folding tables are dirty! Last time I came in I brought my own wipes to clean the table and it came out literally black from then not even cleaning them. Most importantly they are RUDE!

Twice ive had an issue where the washing machine lets me start the wash cycle, starts spinning, and once I come back after the minutes are over, half my clothes are wet and the other half is dry. He proceeds to tell me I didnt close it all the way. So why did it start? why are some of my clothes wet? why did the tide pod semi dissolve? He tells me to use my head and to slam the doors. That I'll know it's working once it spins. The bolivian owner cant take criticism at all. Everything you try and explain to him is met with passive aggressiveness. He takes it as a direct personal attack. They dont even clean these machines and the place is a filth. Dryers leave your clothes smelling burnt. I wouldnt even trust the food they sell either. Ive heard complaints of the owner handling machines, going through trash with bare hands and then going behind the food counter to service people when the women workers arent. Absolute nightmare of a place.
