Not enough operating large washers. There were four of the largest machines costing 27 quarters. I waited 20 minutes or so, because only two were operating. Which was due to the coins being full to capacity. During entering my quarters it stopped because it would take any more coins. The service guy fixed the issue and proceeded to add the rest of my coins until it was ready to start. I had one more to start with proceeded fine. After the first machine was finished the service guy immediately put an out of order signed up and covered the coin slot with tape. After the second washer was finished. I still had one more large load to finish, so instead of me being able to use the first washer I had to wait until the second washer stopped to load my last load. Immediately afterwards, a out of service sign, and a piece of tape over the coin slot was put up. After finishing my last wash all four of the largest machines were out of service. Something as simple as dumping coins held me up an extra hour or so. Left the laundromat at 9:36pm An improvement would be having a coin collection mid day to avoid this from happening ir earlier in the evening. read more

I have been coming to this laundromat for years and they recently remodeled the entire establishment which is great. The new washers and dryers are larger than average laundromat load sizes and the prices are very convenient . This laundromat can be busy throughout the weekend and after 5 on weekdays. Which means being prepared for crowds and children everywhere. This laundromat is connected to a small mall strip so you will be able to get food if you're hungry. The only reason I gave it a four star is because sometimes the people can be rude and aren't willing to share the facility. read more

I drive out of South East to do my laundry because is less hood over in District Heights. I used to live in this hood so I know the level of hood it is, and I'm comfortable over there. Anyway I usually have about 4 loads to do. Whites, darks, colors, and towels. On a busy Saturday when I usually go I can find the small washers open which will run you $2.25 and I'll usually need the step above that machine with is $3.25. The dryers are .25 cents for 8 minutes. I put in 4 quarters and my clothes come out dry. They don't have enough baskets to but your laundry in though. The people there are pretty quiet, no one coming to sell me CD's or Cologne. People will bogart the washing machines and have there clothes in there way over time, but that's part of the public laundry game. read more

Kept clean, machines always working and managers are always arond and if you need help they're polite. Large facility, huge selection of machines, parking is in a small mini mall. read more

This Locations is My Favorite Laundromat. I travel pass my local facility in order to come here . Staff are always friendly and helpful. They do an outstanding job especially with keeping up the appearance here . It is always clean not only the floors and trash but no mess or spills on the machines . Machines and Dryers are always in service .Unlike other facilities you wont encounter endless taped up signs of "Out if Order" -"No Hot Water" -"Spin Only" lol . Prices are average for what you would pay in this area. Only reason I left off a star is for the time given on the dryers . I notice the time per quarter just keeps getting lower and lower . The smaller dryers are now down to 6 mins ! I mean the dryers work but they are not powerful enough in my opinion to only run for 6 mins. Oh and also it has a "cool down" time around the last minute :(. Please give us at least 8/9 mins ! I recommend this location as its convenient-clean and they also offer laundry services to drop off your clothes to be washed and dried (not sure of the price) read more

I normally come to this Laundromat and have never had this issue before!! I load my clothes in a big Laundry machine to give my clothes plenty of room to wash and the water level is extremely low to the point the clothes barely look wet. I bring it up to the Spanish guy thats working and he says I push "permanent press" NO I DIDN'T! He tell me we should hv pushed "white"! Now why would I know to push "white" to get the right amount of water when I'm washing " Colored" clothes! He walks away struggling his shoulders. I say sir sir well can I please change machines bc my clothes are not gonna be washed. He acts like he don't speak English and walks away. I say so what should I do he says I don't know!!!! read more

Clean and convenient. I travel 15 minutes from DC to go specifically to this location for drop off laundry service. It helps to pack your clothes in light laundry bags as they charge by weight. They charge more for blankets and such so be prepared to pay higher prices for larger bulkier items. Because of the location and popularity, this place gets VERY busy and very full quickly. Fortunately, there is plenty of parking available in the lot. I definitely recommend. The staff is very helpful and professional. read more

I've never physically been in this place, but they offer a laundry service that was an absolute BLESSING... I mean LIFESAVER .... to me as a single mother. I ordered carry out from their place next door and when they delivered the guy handed me a flyer. I asked if he could take the clothes right then and he did. He was so nice and extremely helpful because I would have tons of clothing in bags and hampers. I lived in a high rise and the small facilities on each floor were always either broken or being used by someone on another floor. And my sons name brand stuff was being stolen... while WET!!! The cost was a little teeny bit more than washing myself and with tip, but when I consider the time of sitting in a laundromat with three small children, hauling it myself, and my current issue of having clothes stolen it was so worth it. I live out of the area and just called to ask if I could bring some comforters and a few bags and they were more than pleasant.... told me to just drop it off. I trust them.
