I have been attempting to contact your company since 9:30 AM this morning to receive the link required to access the class, but my calls were not answered until 10:03 AM. When I was finally able to speak with a representative, they claimed to have sent me the necessary link, though they were unable to provide any proof of this. I was then transferred to the office manager three times before being rescheduled for a Friday, August 16th afternoon session, as well as all-day sessions on Saturday, August 17th and Sunday, August 18th. This revised schedule was highly inconvenient, as I had made other plans that I was forced to cancel. The office manager, Maggie, assured me that she would call to confirm my information and ensure I receive the link to access the class. However, this did not occur. I called again at 4:30 PM to confirm my information and was once more promised that I would receive an email with the link by 6:00 PM. I have been calling since 5:00 PM and have yet to receive either the promised call or the link required to join the class session. I find this level of disorganization and lack of follow-through to be highly unprofessional. As a result, I am requesting a full refund of the $360 I paid so that I may seek out a more reliable provider to complete the required DUI course. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Alex is professional, reliable and very caring. He makes sure the goals are discussed from the beginning. He works with the teenager while communicating with the parents, keeping them informed which for me was extremely important. Before calling him I had called another driving school and the person on the phone was very dry and seemed not interested in a new customer. Alex assists you through all the steps, before signing, during and even after by proving documents and guidance.

They took 3 2-hr sessions together. First on the normal road & around town. Second day was practicing parking, etc. Day 3 was hwy 316 & 85.... at 5:30-7:30 pm on a Monday. With only 2 weeks of in-car lessons with the instructor (and owner) of the Modern Driving School, I…read morewas easily able to get my license in Georgia. Before my first lesson, I only knew how to drive forward on local roads only and was frightened by the idea of driving; I had never learned how to drive in rear, much less park or parallel park. But by the end of the two weeks (we met several times for about 2 hours each), I was more than ready to take the Georgia road test and passed within 10 minutes with flying colors. The instructor is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very patient, humorous and kind. I appreciated that he didn't panic or get frustrated when I drove badly. I didn't need my own car to practice; the instructor picked me up at my school dorm and dropped me off after lessons were over. He also picked me up and allowed me to use the company car for my drive test. The company's car has a break on the passenger side so that the instructor can break in case the student driver should lose control of the car. I didn't need assistance on the written test but I understand that this driving school excellently prepares their students for that test as well.

He didn't communicate very well concerning the fact that they only accepted check or cash. Admittedly, I thought that to be very strange but I went with it. I paid for my son's three lessons up front. We had to do some juggling around with my son's lessons. Again, it was a little unorganized. He said that he had to fit my son in to his schedule. Then he had repair trouble with his car and had to purchase a new one. Again, I had some concerns but went along with it primarily because my son found Tony to be a very good instructor. He had very good feedback after each lesson. He was very pleased with and enjoyed his lessons. During my son's last lesson, I found it strange that he was not presented with his certificate at that time. I asked Tony about it and he said that he would mail it to us. This is where the lions' share of problems with Tony from Jireh Driving School Inc. begin. We never received the certificate in the mail. Two weeks ago, when we returned from vacation, I called Tony to ask about the certificate and to inform him that we never received it. This is where I began to feel as though I was being scammed. He said that he would have to reprint it and resend it. I even texted him our address again, even though it was on our initial paperwork. I never received a response from the text. We never received that copy either. I placed a call to Tony again last week, he said that he would call me but never did. I placed another call to Tony this week (which makes it a month after the completion of my son's lessons) yesterday. He didn't pick up the call so I left a voice mail. I didn't receive a call back so I called later in the day (around 4pm) from my work phone, which he picked up, my guess is because he didn't recognize the number. I asked if I could pick up my son's certificate. For whatever reason, he didn't want me to pick it up. He said that he would bring it to me today before 5. I had to come back in and edit this review because Tony did show up to produce my son's certificate. I think that Tony needs to be more responsive and sensitive regarding his business. There are also some practices that he could incorporate to improve his business acumen.
