The work the crew did was exactly what was promised, and the windows work great. I stopped by one afternoon to check on them, and the house was open. The windows were out, the holes weren't boarded up, and there was no one there. I came in, and just stood there, totally stunned. I was there for a little over 15 minutes before anyone comes out. My home is on a main road, I've had issues with packages missing off my porch, I can only imagine what might have happened if someone feeling thefty had walked by and just seen the whole side of the house open. I called, and the reaction was 'Oh, they must have just gone for lunch'. Lunch? With my home open? They even left a ladder pulled up, so someone could have just hopped in. Apparently this is just how they do business, because both the owner on the phone and the workers (when they returned from getting coffee) just shrugged like it was no big deal. Also, when the work was done (which I had to call myself to find out about, there were no updates, no progress reports, and no notification when the work was completed) I went to check it out and the back door to the basement was unlocked. So anyone could have entered the house through there at any time between the completion of the job(which again, no notification) and when I went to check on it. So down one star for leaving the house open and the door unlocked, and one for shrugging and not taking my concerns seriously. Again, the windows work fine now, but I don't appreciate them being so lackadaisical about my home being secure when they weren't present.

Once they tore into it, they found a leaky pipe, rotten sub floor and a ceiling to repair down stairs. Even with these surprise repairs, they remained close to their estimate. They took pictures along the way, and are willing to write up exactly what was wrong. Luis was the main man and his brother in law helped finish it up. They cleaned up everyday, made sure things were put away and there was nothing for us to take care of. They were respectful, and very trustworthy. On top of all that they were willing to communicate with our son each step. (He lives out of state). This company is amazing.. I will be calling them again if needed.
