I wanna start out by saying Kyle is absolutely awesome! I would definitely recommend this business. Honestly I was a complete A-HOLE and Kyle was a real professional no matter how upset I was he kept his cool and come to find out it was all over some miss communication and now I feel like a real D. Come to find out there was a few things that I was not aware of and he explained them to me and I wish I wouldn't of been an A-hole and just talked about them 1st however I didn't and no matter what he was calm the whole time and I hope that I didn't ruin his day. Honestly I expected not to hear from him because most contractors don't care after the job is done but not this place they actually care about their reputation and services. The roof itself is good but the whole clean up is sloppy. Nails left everywhere, old roofing left in trees and ground nearby , and cigarette butts. We contacted them about the nails and they came back and "cleaned up" but we've still found some laying around. read more

I have to write a review on Roof Masters, Inc (RMI)! I found a roof problem on Saturday around noon. I posted on our local FB site if anyone had experience with any local roofing company. Within a very short period of time, I got a response from a Kyle who said he knew exactly what I found. He did not even ask to do the job but I determined he was from RMI and asked if they could help me out. On Saturday evening he set up an appt for that Monday! I was blown away! He came on Monday morning at the exact time. He was very friendly, educated me on the problem. Once again I was quite impressed. I didn't even get any other bids because of how pleased I was with Kyle! I even found out we had some personal connections! He fit me in the next day because he knew it was going to rain and the roof would leak at the deteriorated pipe flashings. His workers, Ken and Tony, were very engaging, friendly and polite. They thank me several times for the opportunity to do this job. They were clean and tidy. I did not expect this kind of small town service! Several years ago we used a big Portland roofing company and that was not my experience with them. I highly recommend Roof Masters, Inc. This company does great work, knows how to diagnose the problem and fix it the first time at a reasonable price. I think you will have a tough time finding someone as qualified as they are to repair issues with your roof and no one will do it for a better price. I always try to get estimates from more than one contractor on any big job and I am really glad I did on this one. They were several hundred less than the other firm. Considering the fact that the first (higher estimate) firm didn't do a great job in the first place that I think contributed to the problem, I will definitely go with these guys the next time I need roofing repairs. read more

I asked them for quote on barn roof replacement. They quoted $26,000 !!! I even told them that I already have priced the metal from same supplier they use... it is little over 3k for the metal roof panels and the vapor blanket is under 2k. They wanted over 20k labor for something that will take 3 guy only couple of days. Already had roof replaced on another building this summer so know their price should have been way under $10k for job. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS...highway robbery! No wonder they were the one crew that had free time to do work soon, they would not get any business from referrals with that pricing. read more

We live in a small golf course community where we've watched RoofMasters do the majority of the roof replacements in the neighborhood. So when our turn came in needing a new one we naturally called them first, and were surprised when their bid came in as the lowest of the three others called. We knew they had to be good, but again, we were surprised by the level of customer service they extended. Our new roof looked great - fantastic even! However our trim didn't exactly meet the new surface and stuck out like a sore thumb, so Mike sent a team in to fix and paint it immediately. I am happy to no longer have a shake roof compliments of Roofmasters! Roofmasters bid came in $10K lower than 2 other competing bids. Upon line item inspection across the bids and consulting a roofing friend, I learned to watch out for up sale of items that are not needed on a West Coast roof. Roofing companies are very busy so I put my money down in October and Roofmasters came when the weather was good in May. The crew from Roofmasters came in, worked hard and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. All in all, I am happy with the work done by Roofmasters and have a 10-year warranty on their work. read more

This place is honestly so disorganized and awful that it's not worth doing business with them. The came out after a wind storm to do some work on our roof, which was great. But then they apparently sent our bill to the wrong address. I live in Portland and they sent it to Beaverton. Lo and behold, I get a phone call from their snarky office manager blaming me for the mix-up. They came out and did the work; if they are going to send the bill to the wrong address then that's their issue, not mine. The office manager I spoke with was rude and demeaning. Roofmasters was professional, quick, accurate, and reliable. They were the most aggressive in their bidding/pricing, and they took exceptional care of us. We had a few mishaps where the delivery truck went into a neighbors yard and took a small chunk of it out. Management went up within a few hours of being notified and immediately fixed the issue without fail and without excuses. After our job was completed; we noticed our gutters and downspouts were paint was chipped up from being taken off to roof. We had just got our home painted in July 2017 before our roof went on in September of 2017. We notified them again with photos and shared the invoice we incurred from the repainting of these areas and they gladly accepted it and took this bill off of our total owed to Roofmasters. Again, without complaining, or hesitation at all. This is a stand up company in my opinion and someone that stands by their product! I will always refer them out and am extremely pleased with the finished product of our 50 year Pabco roof. Thanks Roofmasters for being a stand up company. We had a small repair job on our roof that needed to be done. Everyone I dealt with at Roofmasters was friendly, on time, and on budget. I truly believe that a measure of a company's integrity isn't when everything goes right, rather it is when small hiccups show up along the way. A carpenter fixed the plywood on the roof, meaning Roofmasters didn't need to do it, although it was in the estimate. I left a message after business hours and twenty minutes after they opened the next day I got a phone call from them, they had already looked into my concerns, politely told me the repairs they had made (even though I was wrong on part of it) and made everything right in minutes with no hassle. I will not hesitate to use them in any future repairs and will use them when its time for a new roof. read more

Would never use again! I paid $2,700 to have my roof cleaned, 9 skylights cleaned, gutters cleaned. They did a good job on the gutters, a marginal job on the roof, and cleaned 4 of the 9 skylights. I complained to the supervisor Eric, who came out and looked at the complaints. He did not tell me that he thought the skylights were clean. He called back two weeks later and said the "guys" had told him they cleaned all of the skylights. A total fabrication and anyone with normal vision could see that wasn't true. They also refused to clean some large stains off of the roof, saying it was not possible. The prior company I used had no trouble cleaning off the stains. Their crew seemed totally focused on getting out of there as soon as possible, since it was starting to rain/snow a little. They left at 3:30 in the afternoon and started at around 9. 6 1/2 hours work for a crew of around 4 (they came and went) for $2,700. A very substandard job for a lot of money. I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere for roof cleaning unless you want to pay a lot of money and end up disappointed. read more
