I was out and about and noticed that Best Express Car Wash is touchless. A touchless car wash is best for me since my vehicle has a soft top. It was $7 for the basic wash and the vacuums are free and you can use them either before or after your wash. This was fine but all of these washes fail when it comes to drying. Instead of removing the water that's left they whip the water around so that it dries in a very odd frantic pattern on your vehicle. It did get the bulk of the chemicals and dirt that remained from the 2022 snowpocalypse off though. read more

DO NOT USE this wash unless you are willing to assume responsibility for damage done to your vehicle by the car wash. Rather than taking pride in ownership and making things right when damage is done, the owner will do everything they can to dodge responsibility and leave the repairs on you. For those wanting more information, here is the back story: I went through this wash and after, noticed it had left deep gouges in the fenders on the right side of my truck. I return to the wash and Chris, the attendant working, is adamant that the wash could not have done this. I am also adamant that these gouges were not there prior to going through this wash, so he says to appease me, let's run the truck back through the wash and he will prove to me this wasn't sustained here. Much to his surprise, one of the mechanical arms from the wash was close enough to make contact with my fenders on the right side when running it through, to the point where he had to stop the wash and hold the arm back while I drove through the wash so it doesn't cause any further damage. Obviously, this confirms that it was indeed this arm that scratched my fenders (much to my relief, I'm now thinking ok good, at least I have proof now). He says he can't do anything about this and that the owner will be in touch on how to proceed with repairs. I give it a week or two and don't hear anything, so I start calling everyday (either get voicemail or get an employee who says "oh yeah, the owner has your name and number and should be calling you"). Still after over a month, I never get in touch with this guy. The only way I end up getting any reply is through Facebook messenger, to which I get a reply that "Dan has tried reaching out. The videos do confirm a scratch sustained by the car wash on the fenders but your truck looks wider than most, you have aftermarket wheels with 2 inch spacers (which is incorrect) indicating aftermarket products have been added and we will not cover any repairs as indicated on our signage". This is absolutely false. I own a Ford raptor which from the factory, without any aftermarket products, is built with wider fenders. I also do not have 2 inch spacers in my wheels, they just assumed this without actually assessing my vehicle and this explanation makes no sense as no damage was done to my wheels or tires, it was to the actual fenders on the truck. Anyways, I'm sure I could get damages paid for via civil suit but honestly it's not worth my time, just wanted to at least make people aware of how business is done here. read more

Very dated system. Bought the premium plus and it's not even basic. Left dirt on front of car, back bumper and even side mirrors. It's brushless but also doesn't clean. Go across the the street to Tiger express you'll see me there tomorrow with my other car. read more

This is a great automated car wash service. It's conveniently located just behind the QT at Bryan Road and I'm always greeted (greeted!) by a real person as I pull into the wash bay. This is NOT one of those beat-your-car-to-bits roto washers. This place has high powered jets that provide a really nice wash and produces an extremely clean vehicle. Four different wash options range from $5 to about $15 - and even the $5 wash is effective. They have FREE vacuums after your car wash and a small vending machine that provides upholstery wipes, air fresheners and window wipes if needed. They have just begun offering a "wash club" membership that effectively pays for itself after about 2-3 washes. Great deal for the summer! Highly recommend this place. read more

This is the fifth (5th) time is the last two months that I've come in here at 7:45 and the vacuums were not even turned on. Today half of the water blowers were not working. My car came out still soaking wet. It took 8 cloths to get it wiped down where normally it only takes two. I have multiple cars on their plan but I'm not going to renew, to many problems here. The left tire scrubber has been inoperable for about two years now and they say they're not going to fix it. Time to give the Tiger Wash across the street a try. Scratched my husbands wheel on his brand new truck by guiding him in wrong. He went back to talk to them about it and try to see the video and they blocked his number. He went back again to try to discuss the issue and the LOCKED HIM INTO THE CAR WASH! They are guilty of false imprisonment and they tried to trap him and locked the door to the facility because they do not want to pay for the damage they caused. It is all on their cameras. Only having been here once, the wash did not do a good job... an older guy was extremely rude to us during our visit late 2017.. The kid working there, inside the wash, wasn't much nicer, wiped the car with a squeegee as we drove in. Nothing was damaged, but this place is only good for a very light wash. It seems they selll memberships... if you take your car through maybe 3 times per visit, maybe your car would be clean. I've no patience for rude people. Something as simple as a car wash should be effective. It is nice the wash has someone to help guide people in onto the track--that is a great touch and I liked that. Took my car in today for a car was. When I came out, my car had soap all over it. Went back in and told them. They said run your car through again. Did that and when I came out (after 2 $15 washes) the hood and front of my car was STILL dirty! Took a towel out of the trunk and wiped down my car and it was black when I was done. read more

GILDED WASH I have been using this car wash for a while about 6 months. The service was usually pretty friendly and they usually went out of their way to try and help me. So the Custer service was usually good. That being said the car wash itself is horrible. No car wash that I have ever used before requires you to wash your car before you actually use the car wash. The have a prewash station to get the heavy grit off of the vehicle which is great for bugs but they expect you to wash the whole vehicle to get the road grime (dirt from rain) off of the vehicle. At first I noticed a little bit of hazing on the car after I washed it which I figure was from the spring time and summertime allergens that float around, but recently I purchased a white vehicle and realized that this car wash does absolutely nothing for washing the vehicle. The car wash is noting more than a glorified car rinse. When I asked the manager about this they said it was road grime and that I needed to prewash the car with their station (which I did on all but the roof and the sides of the vehicle where there is no road grime and bug splatter). So I went through again to no avail. I asked for a refund of my Newley purchased 30 day fee of $30 and she as the manager said that there was nothing she could do the owner had to issue refunds and that he would not be in for at least two months because of hunting season. All in all this car wash does absolutely nothing but if you have a grey vehicle you won't notice all of the dirt still left on your vehicle. read more

Just got a $20 car wash here on my lunch.. The attendant was friendly, but the quality was EXTREMELY POOR. I immediately went to the QT right in front of the car wash and couldn't believe that there was still dust on my car. Not heavy grime or bug guts... DUST! At least 50% of the car was still dusty enough to write "wash me" with my finger. Again, the attendant was friendly and I'm not blaming him, but this car wash is just awful. read more

I prefer this carwash over others. Typically, does a good job. But, for some reason there was a problem with the track that guides the car through the wash. As we went through, something sounded weird, knew it wasn't right. Got home and my left rear rim, around the outer edge is completely scratched up. Notice notice notice Do not use this car wash.... My mirror was ripped apart by their metal dryer. The employee said my truck would be fine and fit after measuring it but it didn't.... The owner will try to put the blame back on you if his carwash damages your vehicle. Then try and send you to some "guy he knows" to fix it. So I'm left to fix a brand new truck on my own if I want it done right. Tiger express is right across the road with much friendlier employees. Not only did they check to make sure the truck would fit they actually walked thru as the truck was being washed to make sure everything was going to be ok for free and once it was known the truck would fit then proceeded with a car wash package..... I especially appreciate Kathy who has helped me many times with getting tar or bug stuff off my vehicle. She is very friendly and will lend a hand whenever needed. We got a monthly package wash from this carwash and were told that we would be able to cancel it anytime and not be charged. We canceled this membership and we were billed anyway. When we called and spoke with manager Cathy about reversing the charge, she was rude, nasty, basically told us that it wasn't her problem and they would not refund us the money unless we got it in a gift card for their carwash. She made up every single excuse in the world as to why we couldn't have OUR money back that they charged us. We don't need the gift card... we want our money back! The owner never called us back, refused to speak with us, and Cathy hung up on us after we spoke rudely back to her after she carried on the way she did. This carwash management is HORRIBLE and they will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. If I could give them LESS than one star, it would be well into the negatives! My car was damaged when an employee didnt guide me into tracks properly and then backed me out of car wash wich caused damage to the front end of my car.
