I've been coming here several times a year for years because they consistently do a great job working out tight muscles. Generally, I'm a fan, but unfortunately, they've recently changed their checkout process, and the suggested tips now start at 30%, 35%, and 40%. On both of my last two visits, my massage therapist stood over the payment screen while I selected a tip, which made it feel uncomfortable to choose a custom amount. It left me feeling pressured more than the relaxed state I would have hoped to leave with after a 90 min massage. Otherwise, it's a relaxing environment. There's a shared foot massage area separated by privacy curtains and private rooms for full-body massages. They're consistently good at deep tissue work, and while each therapist's technique varies a bit, I haven't had a bad massage yet. One other call-out though: on my most recent visit, a cooling menthol-type product was applied at the end of a deep tissue massage without warning first. I'd appreciate being asked before medicated or strongly cooling products are used because it stung and made me cold the rest of the service. All in, not my favorite experience out of many massages there. Note (to self and) for future customers: bring cash if you plan to tip. They seem to prefer it anyway, and it avoids the awkward checkout process. read more

Tonight was my first and last time my husband and I came in told them 90 mins combo massage $85 dollars each for us. Came in they start at 845pm end at 10:05pm they did 80 only mins and on top the boss wasn't there they charge me $90 each for both of us they said we chose full body massage I said no i point to the boss combo massage. Anyways I was like whatever deduct towards there's tips I usually tips at least$ 25pp but last night I decided to tips 15 each person I was not going to tip at all. It IS the best! The 70 min combo special was amazing! I will have to try the 60 min foot next time. I've had many many reflexology massages and this is my favorite for these reasons. 1. The massage table is memory foam. It feels like a massage in bed haha. 2. The foot soak and scalp massage are at the end, not the first thing. 3. A face mask is put on during the foot soak. As soon as you got in I got a weird vibe and clients like no one looks at each other in the eye (they knew something I didn't) by the end of my session I knew why no one looked at one another. I wouldn't say it was SA like some other reviews have stated. HOWEVER they do massage you in ways to stimulate you s*xually to my surprise and shock! The perfect loophole legally since they're not touching there but I did not ask for anything extra besides just a massage. I felt confused after, I've never been in a situation like that. It's taken me almost a year to post publicly about this place but after going here I immediately went to prosper police department and filed a complaint where they told me I wasn't the only woman who's reported them for sexual assault. Please don't go here or recommend any of your loved ones here. This is seriously the most unprofessional horrifying place I've ever been. I'll attach photos I took that day, where the guy was clearly living in the room I was in. He also had his phone turned on, on the table so who knows what else he was up to. The massage was 100% sexual assault and unfortunately like most, don't know what to do when it's happening. But I am glad I went directly to the police but still don't understand how this place is open.... Stay safe prosper. If you notice in my pictures of the shelf, there's a camera propped up on the towels. Disheartening. UPDATE: Since I made this post I connected with 2 women who also have police reports against them and 2 that have similar stories and never went to police. So I know this doesn't happen to everyone but one time is more than enough. Just pray this doesnt continue and the women effected find peace of the situation they were subjected to. My husband and I visited the place today. This would be the 12th time in about a year now figured I'd give the place a review. I was skeptical it first but this is now my favorite place to go for a massage. The room is clean and the pressure is perfect and I always leave there feeling relaxed and wishing I had more time. The prices for their services are great too. We always get the 30F / 30 B . We started in the big room for the feet then go to the room for the back massage . The hot stone feels so great . I had an hour long foot massage. In California, they massage your whole body including your feet for an hour and they still call it a foot massage. Here. it really is just the feet and lower legs for an hour. But that is my favorite part of the CA massage anyway so I was in heaven. First time, great pricing and technique. The staff is friendly, nice atmosphere. The foot massage was really good, so was the shoulder, head and back. Just a few suggestions: the foot area with the half table is uncomfortable on your back with your feet hanging in "just warm" water. A pillow for your back and some oils for the soak would be nice. A dry harsh wash cloth is not comfortable on the head covering the eyes, I'd recommend a more "spa like" eye cover. My massage was also done by someone that smoked, his hands and body smelled strongly of smoke, that's all I could smell and even that smell left on me. He smoke just before he started so that tells me he hadn't washed his hands. I'd like to go back, the location is good. I'll just ask for someone else next time and bring a small back pillow. read more

I will not be reviewing their services, but their treatment to me. I was eager to visit this place, as I had found their brochure at a local business. The 60 minute special for $34.99 was the most appealing to me, so I booked an appointment for me and my daughter for the special. When we arrived for the appointment, the lady at the front desk told me that the price was actually $44.99 even though all of the brochures said otherwise. I even showed her the brochure on the front desk saying $34.99 but she still pressed that the new price was $44.99. I found this to be extremely dishonest, as I had called beforehand and she confirmed the 60 minute special to be $34.99. I feel that they should have scratched off the price and wrote the new one instead of conning people into thinking that their specials are a different price than what it actually is. I know some Chinese, and we spoke in Chinese a little over the phone. I used some Chinese as I was talking to her about the prices since she seemed to be fluent in Chinese. What was really disrespectful to me was that she would tell my daughter in Chinese to explain to me in English that the price had gone up, as to say I wasn't comprehending what she was saying about the price change. All in all, I canceled my appointment due to the rudeness and dishonesty I experienced. Would not recommend going here! It may not have primo bells and whistles, but I'm there for a good massage and they certainly know what they are doing. Everyone was so friendly and happy. I called the day prior and made an appointment for 6:30 so my husband and I had time to get home from work. They stay open insanely late too so if you work long or odd hours this place is your new best friend! Not to mention the loyalty card, so you can make a habit of coming on a regular basis. As a massage therapist myself, I practice what I preach. This place is my biggest competitor so I decided to check them out for myself. For a foot reflexology establishment, I saw that they offered full body for $60/hr. I chose that option. The place was very clean and staff very accommodating. Unlike my services which are client detail specific, I will say, it was a pretty darn good massage for the price. I know how to do a lot of fascia release techniques to alleviate pain on myself, but sometimes, there are some areas on my back I just can't get to. My male therapist was very respectful and very nice. I will definitely be going back. Especially with my insane schedule, it's nice to walk in and be taken care of immediately.
