Even during the session, I was asked if I wanted it and said no. As for the massage itself, it was a mediocre (C-minus) massage at best. The constant upselling and unexpected charges made the whole experience frustrating. It felt like they were more focused on squeezing extra money out of me than providing a good service. The actual massage was about 45 minutes even though it was supposed to be 60 minutes but I was completely fine with that because all I wanted to do was leave as fast as I could.
