There are a great many different styles of frame, types of glass, and other details that I was surprised to find. This isn't a business where you just grab a frame in one of the standard sizes. They did a wonderful custom job, and even included a small packet on the back fir storing the original envelopes. While not inexpensive, the work that they did was an excellent value. The people are really friendly, they have a large variety of frame colors and styles, and they're very helpful in selecting the correct mat color and size for your frame. Quick service as well, we got our custom mat and frame back in 2 weeks! Taking off one star because we had asked that the artist's signature and print number be displayed in the framing of the art, but when we received the art back, the signature and print count were both covered by the mat board. read more

I had a discussion with Medhi, the owner, and he explained to me that using a fabric is now a speciality that is hard to find in the market as they can not use glue anymore. It is more costly and take time to do a good job. Also, using your own frame will not save you any money as they make money on the frames. So my recommendation would be to use their big selection of frames where many have a metallic finishing to frame your art. Don't try to reuse your own frame as much as possible. The new frames are all wooden and light. Only once o found the prices too expensive at my point of view. The three other times I have used their service, the prices were fair. Their designers are sincere and not trying to sell something that does not fit your art. They have great taste, indeed. I highly recommend Best Framing. read more

I had a vintage American Airlines poster framed here. It was probably 40-50 years old but they took excellent care of it. I had a shadow box made in memory of my grandfather. It came out absolutely perfect! The picture of us has my grandfather's actual handwriting on it. I found it tucked away in his t shirt drawer after he had passed. I found the heart shaped rock in the creek were we spread his ashes in Pine Mountain, GA where he grew up. I knew I wanted to incorporate the rock and photo together but wasn't sure it was possible to be done. I looked around on Yelp and found Best Framing. I came into the store and presented my idea to them and they said it was something they could absolutely do. If i have to get something framed, this is my go-to place! It was recommended to me by my boyfriends mom, who is an event planner and has used them for many years and literally hundreds of framing projects. Sometimes they are busy when I go in, but they always acknowledge you, and I appreciate that they take their time with each customer to show them options and give advice. I've gotten at least 25 posters and photos framed here. I'm not super fancy and usually just get a plain black wooden frame. One time I brought about 8 autographed motorcycle posters, and 12 Army certificates and got them all framed for a VERY fair price. They made sure to use special glass and matting for the autographed posters as to not mess up the ink, and they always neatly wrap everything. Turnaround time is usually under a week. I recently had some paintings commissioned by a French artist. Upon receiving them, I knew I wanted to find a framer that would handle it with care. I called around and found this location to have helpful in answering my questions. The ordering process was easy and they did a good job with the framing while being careful to not damage the art. My only complaint was that I asked to be called when done rather than email, which I was told would be fine. Almost a week after it was due to be done, I hadn't received my expected call. I looked in my Junk filter to find they had emailed me instead of calling. Kind of disappointed, as I rescheduled my handyman because i thought it wasn't done. I am beyond impressed with this place! We just had a 96 by 75 oil on canvas painting framed. We showed up with a rolled up canvas and they took it from there. Even though it took me three visits to select the frame (because I am CRAZY and indecisive), they were super patient throughout the whole thing. They finished everything in less than two weeks and they even delivered it for a super reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the four different items that I needed framing. I cannot comment on the cost compared to other places, I only know that I spend about $500, but I got the best of the best options on some pieces and super acceptable options on other pieces.
