After visiting for more than 20 dealerships, test driver more than 5 different cars and 2 failed purchase attempts, my dream came true at Best Import Auto! To my own surprise, I ended up buying a 5,000 pounds German beast ML350. It is a massive gas guzzler that I would never imagine myself to drive one. What happened to me in the last 60 minutes you might wonder? What change my mind from the smallest car to the biggest car? Well, the answer is the price. I found a jaw dropping deal that would be stupid to say "NO". I never had a SUV in my life before. Let's give it a try and see what will happen. There are more surprises to come! I begin to realize car can change our feelings, emotions and productivity level. On the road, I was sitting higher than everybody and this car is very comfortable inside. So as I was driving I was feeling good, and because I was feeling good my thinking became better. Because I can think better, I become a more productive person for my work. This car also enhance my professional image. I can see my income double or even triple in the year 2017. He is a very good sales. Without him, I probably would be driving a small Japanese car poking around Vancouver. I was there to check out a Dakota, not only that they did not advertise the mileage on the car. upon arrival, I found that the mileage is way higher than expected and the sales was being extremely unreasonable and trying to push for a sale. Went yesterday to check out a vehicle we saw online. Fellow there didn't have a clue about the car. Not very forthcoming with assistance. Don't usually like to be hassled by typical car salesmen, but a little knowledge is helpful. Biggest drawback for us: The car we were looking at was a convertible. Top was down when we arrived, and obviously had been for some time. Car was full of dust and dirt. I can imagine all the fine dust that is in the electronics and speakers, etc. of this car. I was in the market for an upgrade of my Honda van. The staff ( Fred in particular) were very accommodating. I was paid top dollar on my trade in. The van was still a little out of my price range, so the staff worked with my family to get us in the car we wanted. After my purchase I discovered the CD player wasn't working. Absolutely horrible place. In the first month of thiscast my transmission went, brakes needed replacing, coil pack on the engine went, wiring issues. I went through 5 of their lot cars waiting for mine to get repaired. They have lost all my respect. I strongly recommend not to buy anything from there. read more

We made a mistake of putting out $40 to hold a car for a couple of days. We were not able to come back right away. The sales guy denied we gave him the money as there was no receipt. Later on, he acknowledged it but then said it is more than 2 days. Their supervisor/manager said he will look into it but until now, we haven't received the money yet. That's okay. I would rather lose $40 than having to deal with them. Who knows how we will be ripped off by them in some other way if we decided to buy a car from them? read more

Worst car dealership EVER. we were looking for a specific car with a specific kms range and this dealership happened to have one so we went down there. I had a bad feeling about it from the start and should've persisted harder to my partner to not do business here but we decided to go ahead with the purchase of a Mercedes R Class which was confirmed to us by the sales rep that there were no issues on the car besides the navigation needing to be replaced but turns out on a mechanical check the very next day that the suspension was done and needed full replacement. In the days afterwards the suspension actually gave out and the car wouldn't raise at all (airmatic suspension). It was a complete headache dealing with these guys giving us the run around and not calling back. They had the car to bring to their mechanic to try and have it fixed and they had it for weeks without any updates despite our efforts to call and be updated. We had gone to pick it up at the mechanic after several weeks finally and the car which was brought with almost a full tank of gas actually RAN OUT OF GAS on the street side once we picked it up because these guys at Import Auto were running the car around everywhere to probably try to find the cheapest way possible to fix it. Couldn't even make it to the gas station. Unreal. This happened a SECOND time when the suspension was NOT fixed after the first round at their mechanic the suspension dropped again. So we called and had to bring the car in again and this time they took it for a number of weeks to which we later realized they were keeping the car for so many weeks and stalling so they could apply it to our warranty instead of paying for the repairs when they had lied in the first place about the condition of the car hoping to get by without any issues once we left their lot with it. Then after the warranty said they would only cover a portion of the repair, they tried to make us pay for the remainder as if it was a claim on our part that was our fault. Unbelievable. So we demanded that they pay the remaining uncovered portion by warranty if we are to let them use the warranty at all since this was an issue that very next day after we left the lot. They agreed and actually wanted to buy the car back from us because I think they realized the investment it would take to repair the airmatic suspension on these vehicles. So we bring it in for repair to our mechanic. He noted that the brakes were less than 10% but upon purchase we were told the brakes were new. ALSO we come to realize that there WAS a hit on the vehicle which they had lied about and said there were no accidents and that the car was clean. This was an absolutely nightmare with these guys. I am usually a pretty forgiving person and I get how business operates but this was above and beyond ridiculous. I also looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and see that they have a number of reports on their business. Shaking my head at myself at not going with my gut on this one but buyers beware. This is not a localized incident and I happened to be the unlucky victim, this is a normal operation of their business and I would be wary to ever set foot on this lot ever. read more

I purchased a vehicle from them and was given piece of mind from the onset of my experience. They were sensitive to what I was shopping for and put me in a vehicle which met all of my needs.
